FedEx is the worst mail carrying service I have ever had to deal with. How hard is it to lift a finger & ring my buzzer to let me know when my package is here. && on top of that how hard is it to read the sign in front of you that says DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES HERE IF NOONE ANSWERS BUZZER. You guys really must enjoy having to pay for all those packages that keep getting stolen b/c you failed to do the most simplest things.

Helpful staff. FYI, this location does not provide all the services a normal Fedex Office Center provides. It's just a Ship Center. Call if you need to do anything other than just shipping something.
Today I had a problem with a shipper called TNT which is now FedEx taking my issue to the lady that was there she tried to help her best but couldn't. She went and got the manager. The manager however was able to solve the problem and even called the driver to make sure my delivery got delivered correctly and it did. I was visibly upset and the manager handled it beautifully calmly and solved the problem. It's rare to see good customer service nowadays. Fortunately this FedEx still has great customer service.
Told my delivery would be by the 20th came early with no email follow up or warning-despite them saying I would be notified...Delivered to the wrong address, caught on video arriving but not at my house. repeated calls long wait hold, just to ring and no 1 answered the call. spoke with multiple people who rush you off the phone with no real answers-after waiting an hour for basic information!! Fedex Drivers are DUMB!
I have about 60% insignificant experiences with FedEx, and the other 40% are laughable. I've had small appliances delivered at 10pm on Valentine's Day, Ice Cream delivered 2 days late and with the dry ice completely evaporated (lets just call it "cream" now) and the tracking seems to be constantly changing - Most recently (today) I have a shipment where 1 item of a 3 item shipment had a damaged label which, according to the shipment details, took 1 minute to correct, and for over 24 hours after that, the delivery date of that one item changed to 2 days AFTER the other two pieces. Now, the shipment is a day late, and all of it is "supposed" to be arriving by end-of-business today..however, when I called the 800 number to try to more accurately locate it, the automated announcement said it was on it's way to the facility from which it will be delivered...the website says it's already there. I will gladly use ANY other shipper besides FedEx when given the choice...for me, they've been a headache more often than not.
Rings door bell and runs back into the truck and pull off! Never had this much trouble trying to get a package delivered... My best advice is to just pick it up. Saves you a lot of time!
My 1 star is not to this service center but to FedEx in general. I was waiting for a time sensitive package to arrive that obviously needed to be signed and received. No one called me when they arrived at my apartment main door and instead left a door tag twice in 30 min interval. Their ETA was in tracking was off by 6 hrs. Turns out the delivery person wont call the receiver. If you need to be called, you need to call their customer service and request the despatcher to send you the ETA and see if he can arrange for a call or provide you an ETA so you can wait OUTDOOR to receive the package. No surprise Amazon is storming into shipping service.
No idea this place existed. Had to have a package delivered on a Saturday, but it was undeliverable. Needed it asap but it said I could pick it up at Fed ex. Thought I'd have to go to North Side but looked it up and only 10 min away. Employee was nice and fun, not crowded and in and out in 5 min.
The man working behind the counter was horribly rude. Treated me like I was ruining his life for asking to ship a freaking package. I left to go somewhere else in the middle of it.
The driver said he delivered our package, that was a straight up lie we have security cameras. The package is already 4 days late , my landlord (dentist) still hasent got their packages
FedEx is the worst courier service I have ever seen. Online status is always showing Delivery Exception, how hard is the guy to give me call? Even worse, this center is far away from my apartment and I do not have a car. I have to request a Uber and also pay for that to pick up my packages. What's the hell!!!
Left my expensive package on the sidewalk in the pouring rain. Luckily my neighbor brought it inside or the electronics would have been ruined. Of all delivery services in Pittsburgh FedEx is the absolute worst. If I ever order online and the seller offers FedEx I offer to pay more money to have them use something else. They don't care at all. The worst of the worst.
Unfriendly staff, no help provided for shipping a package. Asked for help shipping a package and the man behind the counter pointed to the boxes and said "there are the boxes over there"
Did not knock on door or call. Was home at time. Very poor customer service. Called to ask for it to be held, was shipped back with very rude customer service
called a day off waiting for the signature required package, no one ring the bell, no one knock my door. Online shows delivery exception, Future delivery requested, and customer service told me driver says no one home! Seriously? thats not the first time issue with this company, even USPS is way better! Driver can choose who to delivery and who not to, you guys really having the best jobs ever!!
1) fedex had a package that needed a signature and I wasn't home. 2) They left me a very clear and helpful voicemail from a real person 3) I came here to pick up the package, didn't have to wait long, and service was friendly. All and all, really pleasant experience!
Near Grainger on Liberty Ave, this FedEx Center is located on 32nd St. just as go up a slight incline towards your left. Staff at the desk is courteous and prompt. Went to collect a package from a missed delivery. He did a great job. I was out of there in a jiffy. Thank you, FedEx!
