FedEx Office, Marriott Copley Plaza, Boston, MA Review

A man named Melvin was at the desk this afternoon. There was a line and we was on the side doing some paperwork. It was not clear why he was doing that instead of serving the customers and he made no effort to say hello or say when he will be able to see the next customer. No communication and very bad customer service.

There is a center here as of 11/13/2017. It in on second floor of the lobby by the elevators. A bit small and out of the way, but absolutely there. Printers, computers, shipping.

Hawa went out of her way to make recommendations for a better paper to print my resume in. Great service!

Be forewarned, they will charge you $10 to drop off any package that weighs over 1 lb.

Dude. They left a sign on the door that said This center will re-open in 10 minutes ...I ve been standing out here for 45+ minutes! This was from 11:20-11:55 AM on Monday Jan.6.2020.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They always suggest different ways to help me save money and time. Even ordered lunch for me one time thanks guys!
