I tried to join twice and they promise free "preset" leads but they are not close to being that. Preset are appointments where the prospect is waiting for you to show up FFG! Stop misleading aspiring honest insurance agents. Their presentation is great however, but it's not needed if one can't present to false leads given to agents out of a calling list.

I have worked for Federal Financial Group in the marketing department for just shy of 6 years now. I adore the environment I get to work in each day.

My husband and I also went through the offered presentation earlier this year and can't wait to get a policy written up for us. After investing in my husbands 401K and putting money aside for our very distant retirement we are relieved to have found a program that offers the returns we actually want.

STAY AWAY! these guys will harass you regardless if you ask to not be contacted anymore, or put on the DNC! they are jerks, they are annoying. They don't understand that no one wants to work for them! They don't realize that when someones says no 20+ times it means no. Never do business with them! They are terrible!!! They run a dishonest business!!! Make sure you tell them you are recording their calls and if they call back that you will report them. They will pester you and continue to call you unless you change your number!!

I was RIPPED OFF out if $297.00. I was interviewed for a sales position in their "so-called" office in San Antonio, TX. I went through several processing steps for hire. All of that was a waste of my time and money. Once I paid the fee of $297.00, the contact and correspondence stopped. The person who recruited me is name BRIAN LUND. Folks, please beware of this scam! I am taking the following measures with American Express and San Antonio law enforcement to bring charges on these scammers.

Working for Federal Financial Group has allowed me to grow and expand who I am in many ways, and seeing how much of a difference they make in others lives as well. A great company that has, does, and always will, look after it's employees.

Federal Financial Group offers a really good product. If you don't like the ups and downs of the stock market and want a system that secures or guarantees your money is safe from a market crash so you can keep saving for retirement. It really opened my eyes to what is out there for my retirement.

I love the program of the Federal Financial Group. They have a great lead program and products. The group of agents are well trained, have great knowledge and are good people. I have lost a lot of money in the stock market in the past and Federal Financial has a great program to help against the unpredictability of the stock market.

I never actually started to work for them, too many red flags for me to move forward. I went to a meeting at the managers home, and listened to a presentation, as well as went to one meeting. That was enough for me to see I wouldn't be a good fit for this company.

Wow. Its reviews like this is why companies need online reputation management. I wonder how many disgruntled fired employees are posting this. After reading most of the reviews it looks like the biggest complaint is people calling too much. I worked at a call center for 4 years and if you have an outbound calling center of any kind, you are going to have problems with getting ALL of the removal requests to the dialer. Alot of dialer software also takes days to get number scrubbed as a default. Good luck to get all of your jaded call center reps to comply with removing your number when you Loose your mind screaming at someone. I can understand people being upset but in my experience people call in and say some of the worst things in the heat of the moment. Just remember that there is an human being on the other side of the phone. Lets say you call even 10,000 people, getting 6 bad reviews over 10 years means your doing good

Call our business repeatedly, won't take no for an answer. When I ask them to remove us from their list they hang up on me. It's been 8 years of this... They used to offer a 'scratch card giveaway' to new customers in our area. Now it's a sweepstakes because they are expanding into our area. Scam city, as if you couldn't already tell by all the positive reviews written by the employees.
