Deceptive and condescending lawyers. Use of stalk tactics and harassment to their own clients. Do not waste your time with them, you'll regret it.

Greg Russo was my first encounter with a solicitor around 20 years ago, to do our wills, after that we had a fairly major situation which we went straight to Greg with, it all turned out in our favor, it was very nerve racking and he gave us much support, legally and emotionally. I can honestly say Greg was caring, sympathetic, professional, very switched on, and we were very glad to have him represent us. We recently updated our wills etc with him and we feel confident it is all done properly. I have heard so much about solicitors and I really feel we have been very lucky to have found one who is very human and personal. The reception staff have been patient and helpful and polite. I think the cost is probably at the upper end of the scale but I guess you get what you pay for, but we were always made aware of costs before proceeding, there was never bill shock. We are getting older now and we feel very sure that when we leave this world, Greg will guide our Children through everything with respect and understand and support them through a very difficult time which takes a lot of worry off our minds.

My ex-wife used these lawyers and I still think they were a disgrace. They ended up charging her half of what she was getting back from the settlement. Disgraceful. All they cared about through the process was how they were going to be paid. They even tried to do a deal with me so they could guarantee being paid. One of the worst lawyer firms I have dealt with in over 20 years.
