I've recently started buying from FCP Euro. Genuine BMW parts, good prices, very fast and free shipping (over $49 purchase). Items were well packaged. Email communications have been excellent. Very pleased with purchases.

Very good business! I ordered wrongful items, sent it back, got refunded right away after 6 or 7 days after returning day receipt.

I ordered the right item that fits very good. They use FedEx for over night orders so overnight is next day guaranteed
They have a great inventory but you better hope they don't forget something in your order that you absolutely need. Had that happen to me and it took two days of going back and forward with the representative in order to start the progress for the missing item to be shipped to me. Delayed me being able to work on my car because of this. Very annoying.
Amazing customer service. But absolutely horrible shipping. Received not one but 2 or the incorrect parts and quantity put me back 3 weeks to complete an order due to the lack of shipping comprehension

Most product are great condition and arrive on time. However they never send tracking info. Items that are marked as in stock are actually not and can take weeks before they are even shipped. The customer service is very responsive and tries to answer all issues, but there are definitely a few minor cracks in the system. All in all I just wish there was more transparency and communication on product availability and arrival times so that I could plan the repairs and or builds accordingly
I could not be more pleased with the service FCP provides. It was so easy to purchase my part and they even allowed pickup for local customers. This is an incredible organization and I m lucky to reside in the same state. I will buy all my parts here.
There was a problem with my order not leaving the shipper with no fedex updates. One quick phone call and FCP reshipped my order and I had the next day. Everything I have ordered from FCP has been great with quick shipping. I'm glad their here for my euro car needs

As of now I'm giving giving 1 star because I ordered 432 dollars worth of parts. I paid 29.99 for faster shipping supposed to be here Friday Oct 22. It hasn't shipped. I emailed and added 1 number to my order number accidently. I then responded with correct one and never record a response. It's unacceptable to take money from customers and no hold up your end of the deal.
I ordered a E30 M3 front wheel bearing and a few other parts on Friday morning. All the parts arrived today, Sunday! That was with free shipping. That is faster than expected! I will be using FCP as my first choice in car parts for now on. Thank you FCP!
