I am so upset at the new flavor the Fireworks bomb pop! The retailers are price gouging at $4 a pop and Faygo doesn't sell them by the case at the warehouse. I am one really fed up consumer! You customer service professionals are not knowledgeable of your products or placement at all.
Faygo is easily the best drink in the world. I have been drinking Faygo for such a long time in my life if I had the choice to have one drink for a whole year It would be "Cotton Candy Faygo".

I get deliveries at a business. The driver is incompitent at best, very stand offish and blatently disrespectful. The customer service is at the same level as drivers. Had my issue sent to VP of sales. Was promised a callback. Didnt happen and they literally have delivered me bad product 3x now. Looks like I will only carry IDI beverages from now on. At least I know the product will be fresh and sealed/filled properly. Towne Club is the only decent pop left in Detroit. Please check the product before you drink/buy as this cannot be safe. Update: I heard from them and I was assured that they will do better. I hope this holds true. As for now, I hope they were truthful. Final update: Glass not filled properly havent ordered again. Its definetly Faygo not caring anymore.

Super Slow. Snail Speed. If coming here for a PU or DEL, be ready to spend 5-6 hours here. Life stops here. Feels like its afterlife. Nobody is in a rush for anything. To enter the facility you need to take SUPERIOR ST from GRATIOT. But i would advise you to turn around and leave if you re picking up from here. You think you ve seen worse? This facility will make your worse feel like you re blessed !!
I am a Detroiter born & raised like millions of other foljs. my Family has supported Faygo & Bettermade for many years so I grew up on tbeir products,. I still am a true & through supporter at 53 years old & prefer Detroit products over many national Brands., but now I take issue with Faygo.
In preparing for a family gathering, as part of keepsake bags for guests to take home eith thrm. I wanted to purchase canned Faygo in a large quantity, but found I cannot easily find the CANNED Faygos sold anywhere near me, to my surprise! We used to be able to buy thrm at any major & minor grocery store by the cases with no problem. Now, Krogers & Wal-Mart's don't even sell them anymore! WHAT GIVES?
I evrn decided to order them directly from Faygo, @ $7.00 Per for 3 pack, for a low price , only yo find that on top of that, Faygo wanted to charge me $54 & some change to SHIP & I'm in the Detroit!! $54 for a $22 purchase. Are you kidding me!!!
So Today, I called Fayg o to ask where can I go purchase Cases if canned Fayg o in my area & the young lady was very abrupt with her answer, as if she had no time or value for a another longtime fan & supporter if her company's products. Remember Now, I called them up to find out where I could spend my hard earned money on THEIR product!
After I told ger I've went lokming, but cannot find them ay Krogers, Walnarts & other places & The lady told me very quickly & crudely like she couldn't be bothered. She said, "You can buy them at gas stations & convenience stores". That was no help as she still didn't tell me WHICH ONES in my local area!??
What a waste of time & a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT from one of my childhood treats. Canmit essily fibd tbe oridyct in the area whete tbey maje it. Then they're price gauging licals even on shipping. Even more, Customer Service was rude & really NO HELP. No longer am I a fan of Faygo.
