Bought a car from them, nothing amazing to say, nothing bad to say. So I ll just give 5 stars.

Just a typical car dealer like every other car dealer I have ever been to. If you have bought a car before nothing different here.

Read the fine print before you sign anything, don t put down a deposit until you have reviewed the sales contract and have signed it and are serious about buying the car.

If you give someone your SIN number expect a credit check whether you give permission or not.

Lots of people whining here about bad credit etc, if you have bad credit, you got bad credit the last thing you have to worry about is your FICO score dropping a few points. Be more concerned about your interest rate.

Jason was fine to deal with. It is what it is... Would I go back? Ya sure if the price was good.

I am very happy with the friendship I have built with Tim Palmer. His attention to detail and caring personality is very refreshing considering the industry he's in. In the past I've had some very bad dealings with other dealerships.. His positive attitude and genuine care for my situation really sealed the deal for me, and am now riding in a beautiful new (to me) Tucson.

Tim has proved his true value to the company many times over. He went to great lengths to ensure our satisfaction with our purchase. When our situation became dire and needed the vehicle faster than agreed, Tim went way above and beyond to help us with our rush request. Tim was in contact with us during the entire process (well after office hours, even during his Dad an son time! Cooper has a great role model for sure!!). Our extensive list of questions and requests were met with Excellent results.
I would not hesitate to refer Tim to friends and family for their next vehicle purchase.

Working with Nadia was such a pleasure. At first after my accident I tried looking else where only due to the fact I haven t shopped anywhere else before and wanted to weigh my options, just to be turned down.
Nadia worked with me through maybe six months before I decided on a vehicle as she also got it for me for an amazing price. She was so patient and so kind. I love my car, and couldn t have pictured another

Bought a vehicle but was provided with wrong cover for trunk hatch. Numerous requests were made but I'm now being ignored. The part they tried to pass off as the piece was wrong. Shady. I don't have confidence in my purchase, wish I'd shopped elsewhere. Nice until you pay then you're done! Midst pandemic people not wearing masks!

It is now May. Car bought in January and I never received the hatch cover, I've received no offer of compensation. Favorit Motors has forgotten me.
I guess I was deceived.
Really unacceptable, be cautious who you trust!

Favorit Motors is by far the BEST auto dealer experience my partner and I have had in Toronto. Right off the bat they were super professional, offered great service, and went above and beyond for us. Our appointments were well organized to ensure safety precautions. Jason was kind and patient in helping us explore the options available to us in our price range. A lot of dealerships get gimmicky to sell the car and then abandon the customer. But with Favorit, we received amazing customer service throughout - right from the moment we first contacted them for an appointment till after the delivery of the vehicle. Alex was phenomenal in getting us a deal that we simply couldn't resist. It is rare to find genuine, ethical, good-old-fashioned customer service in today's cut throat auto market. We are very thankful to the Favorit team for the excellent experience they gave us. They also have a great collection of vehicles to choose from, all of them in excellent condition. Plus, their office is well equipped with necessary covid protocols - as two virus-paranoid people, we felt safe to visit their office.

I had an amazing experience with JIMMY. He's an amazing soul, kind, friendly and will go out of his way to make his customers happy. Jimmy will do everything in his power to make things happen for you and always knows what he's talking about. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.
