Crab was delicious. The sauce is one of a kind. We ve been going there since we were young and the taste is still the same and it has a memorable taste to it.

As for others, wings are not that bad but satay could be better.

try the steam crab and the tiger prawn..out of this world

Chill crab always is the best .fry chicken wing , fry rice etc. It's nice .

The food level now poor and a bit disappointing. The attitude of employees has also deteriorated because of good business. I don't understand why so many people line up to eat, and they don't manage the first-come-first-served position very well. I hope the owner pays more attention.

Good place for eating. A lot of seafood especially crab which is their signature. This place alway full. It is advisable to get there early especially in the evening. Good timing will be around 6-7pm so you didn't need to wait for table.

Very juicy crabs...1 kati 60rm. Be prepared for long queue. Pls come early

Crabs aside, I love the fried rice. It is fragrant and very tasty and it takes skill to create the smoky flavor that the rice possess. I also love the fact that the ingredients including the prawns are even sizes which makes every mouthful, lovely. Yes I pay attention to things like these. Price wise, this place is your above average so be prepared to pay more.

Their crab is absolutely delicious. And their chicken wings too! Definitely worth the wait!

Fatty crab restaurant is one of the best crab restaurants in Kuala Lumpur. The restaurant doesn't have much of a selection, but it makes up for it in the mouthwatering hot and sour crabs and succulent fish. The restaurant also has the option to order chicken wings and satay which are both great. This restaurant is a must go for crab lovers.

The service is fast and good. Their food quality even better. The seafood is fresh. The taste is superb. We are lucky, no long waiting. definitely will visit again.

Nothing to shoutout for the crab and fried rice. Crab has limited flavor: steam or sweet & sour only. We ordered sweet & sour, but it's not special at all. Crab is not too fresh and flesh is very less.

Fried rice is very oily. The fried chicken selling at the side is much more better than the food served inside the restaurant.

Menu is super limited (only offering crab, fried rice, steam fish). They don't even offer vegetable. With such price and experience I will not visit again.

Sincerely, It's overrating and not that tasting at all. Till now i still dun understand the fuzz about it. I find the fried crabs is underrating and i can find somewhere better. Price is ridiculous high.

Chicken wings are generally tasteless, only seafood and no dishes. It is very expensive to eat more than 500 fish per meal 140. Crabs are okay.

Not worth for lining up on this restaurant. One Kati for crab is rm60. The crab meat were too watery. Not fresh. Meat wise was less. Very expensive. Please don't step inside this trap. I don't understand why people like to visit there. The only good thing about there is fried rice. The rest. NO. Don't go.

Not as crowded as usual. Food was good. Besides the plain steamed crabs, the main flavour is Fatty Crab s unique hot sour sweet (non-tomato) gravy crabs. Consistently good. Been coming here since the 1990s. The fried chicken wings are good too

Waitresses aren't friendly, never seen such long queues, for me just not worth to wait...

Typically has a long wait, but we came 7pm RMCO times and were seated right away. They have a small focused menu, so we basically ordered a bit of it all.

Highly recommend chicken wings, fried rice, and crab. Chicken wings seem to be the most popular item and I can see why super crispy and lightly seasoned, made even better with the sauce they serve it with. This place lives up to its name as the crab is actually suuuuper fresh and meaty, while also pretty affordable.

Be sure to order fried rice and wings that are perfect for crab as well as Koreans! For reference, the wing receives money the moment it comes out. The rest of the menu is calculated when you go out

The crab with the spicy sweet and sour sauce was a joy to my mouth. The fried rice was an enjoyable experience.

Fatty Crab never let me down. Ordered 3 kati crab, 8 toasted bread and 2 sugar cane. Always delicious and always go back for more.

This is probably the nicest crab place with reasonable price that you can get in KL.

Go early if you can. There's normally a queue but the queue moves quite fast. Food is good!

My first and last to Fattycrab..... Tastes horrible! The worst crab menu I've ever eaten! I almost vomited when I first tasted the gravy.... Smells like shxx!

One of the best place if you want to eat crab. Its fresh. Cash only ya.

I arrived at around 5:10 and I was able to correct my position. Two people, 900 grams of chili and fried rice, Cola Cezanne. The chili is subtly but addictive. I wondered if Mud Crab was so hard and made it our Korean crab. I want to go back to KL is the best restaurant. I've been eating a lot of lines, so I thought it was good to come early ... a little hurry.

Lovely place & wonderful food. Only set back is this place is always packed...no prior reservation accepted, cueing & waiting to be seated could easily take abt 2 hours

The food is taste n delicious. The crab is spicy with black beans, fry rice, chicken wings was great. It was very crowded, we had to wait about 20 minutes to half hour to be seat it, the service was slow have to wait again.

In fact, the patty crab line is so long that I eat it next door. I'd rather give that money and eat crab paste...it's hard to paint, so I wonder if I should eat it once a year

Lived in KL for six years. This was in our list of our top three favourite places to eat.
Went back there after 10+ years with 30 overseas guests for my 50th birthday and it was still as good as we remembered. We have such fond memories of Fatty Crab. Our son was only a little'n when we started going to Fatty Crab. In June he is taking his own family there to enjoy a special treat with his two little'ns and his wife. Im so jealous... Amazing crabs, delicious chilli sauces, tasty chicken wings.
Service was poor... there is no menu... But the ambience was funny, and remind to prepare to wait and line up at the street because they are always full house.

Tasty but limited of choice, and not cheap too, once awhile or carving for crabs, is one of a good option.
