The soil is treated in a natural way in such a way that the best crops are produced. All care for the products that are grown and made with love. That's what I call sustainability and innovation. Fantastic. The service is great. Thank you La Vialla. Next year I will have lunch with you.

We were at La Vialla on September 12th, 2017.
I have actually been ordering products from the catalog for a long time and have always been very satisfied.
But I wanted to take a look at this company on site, so we decided to stop by while on vacation. From Vienna I made an appointment for a guided tour and a meal by phone.
The tour lasted 90 minutes and very interesting we learned a lot about the wonderful dolcis that are really made by hand, the excellent olive oil, etc. Above all, I was thrilled that this company really works 100% organic.
Then we had lunch that was really typical Italian. A large long table was set where all guests were seated. On another table many different antipasti were served you could take as much as you wanted and there were many different spumanti to drink.
Then came a starter, a main course and of course dolci and always the right wine.
I was very impressed. Above all, every single employee was very friendly and everyone also spoke German.
I can only recommend this to anyone who is in the vicinity to visit this company.

This location is one of the highlights of the holiday for me. At the Fattoria you can take a tour to get to know (and taste) all fair trade products. It is also possible to have a glass of wine and a light lunch in a cozy atmosphere. Without exception, all employees are friendly, but Marjolein is the winner!

There are more than just organic products offered. It is a must-have. We bought there the olive oil No. 3, also colleagues are very enthusiastic about it. One has to go there.

Great food and drink here again. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Recommended.

A wine farm with local products. Everything organically grown. Products such as dry pasta, various wines, olives, pestos, pecorino cheeses, etc. are sold directly to the consumer. Every year brochures are issued from which you can order products and have them shipped. The wines have won various prizes. Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, England and France

Simply great. We had the La Volta country house. Those who like it quiet and also like to hike are ideal. This country house is about 7 km from the central square. 35 minutes one way. Or around 15 km outside with the same travel time. The house is located in a side valley with a view of the opposite heights. A look into the green. Super quiet, nobody comes by and disturbs. The road (forest paths), especially the last part, is quite bad and demands something. For this, Fiat Pandas are made available without any problems and free of charge, at no additional costs other than fuel consumption. You have to hike to the olives, sheep and so on, but there is also a hiking map.
The equipment was great. We didn't miss anything. There is also a welcome basket for the meal and one for the dishwasher (with tabs for the dishwasher). The staff was super nice and helpful. Hospitality is very important here. And the concept of biodynamic agriculture is lived! Of course, that's marketing too, but it was worth it to us.

Wine, olive oil, preserves, cereals and dairy products in biodynamic (Demeter). Also makes agriturismo.

We were here for the second time today ... like last year we were warmly welcomed and were allowed to enjoy the fantastic lunch buffet at the long table at the museum .. Thanks to the whole team of La Vialla ... also at our next Tuscany Holiday we will definitely be back!

Definitely worth a visit. Landscape anyway great (Tuscany) and the products that are grown and produced there (biodynamic cultivation) just delicious.

A great Fattoria with friendly staff! I was amazed that the staff spoke German. A young man even took us to the car in the golf cart after the purchase, as we bought three cartons of wine! ***** keep it up!

In my opinion, a must see in the area. What the brothers have built up over the years and decades ago with foresight, namely organic, now even biodynamic (didn't even know the term until then, but supposedly even better), is really great.
Had a nice delicious lunch, enjoyed a great and informative tour by Laura including a personal recommendation for dinner. All of them are super friendly, warm, helpful and hospitable.
The possibility to spend the night there with electricity for free with a camper or caravan is great and allows you to taste the wine you have bought on the spot ;-).

Unforgettable day! Book a pre-lunch lunch and visit the Fattoria. Six stars for the warmth and nice staff. Where to go only polite and smiling people. Visit the farm museum of Jean-Carlo ... he is so nice and eager!

Simply gigantic. A big Viallini family. They take good care of their guests. Alone when you enter the village you will be received. As a holiday guest we got a bottle of sparkling wine and a couple of happenings on arrival. In the room was a large welcome basket with wine, sauces and more. As long-term customers of La Vialla, we were very excited about what to expect. Our expectations were met. Had the house campo di citta. Except for the mattresses, everything was great. The tour through the Fattoria with our charming Steffi gave us a great insight into the production of the many great products from biscuits, handmade sauces to the wines to the various oils ... And Steffi was always good for an anecdote for each product, thank you for that ...

We then had the opportunity to enjoy this delicacy for lunch ... Everything was lovingly arranged and the service was outstanding. Just wow !!!

A visit after our great meal in the farm museum that Giancarlo had lovingly collected over many years and set up a farmer's museum gave us an insight into former farmer life, and was the end of a beautiful day.

I can only warmly recommend the Fattoria La Vialla. The staff are extremely friendly, you can taste the products before making a purchase, and those who take the time to enjoy the Tuscan food will be spoiled with great and authentic food and drinks.
What still needs to be emphasized: you can have your purchases sent to your home, with the desired date, and you don't have to desperately make room in the "vacation car". We were there 3 times and will definitely be back

Wonderful ambience, very nice staff and the goods a super quality

We were greeted friendly at the parking lot and brought to the Fattoria with a golf cart. It was asked for a reservation, we did not have any and fortunately there were still enough places left. There is bustling activity, the operations are endless. The wines and juices are only bottles, as food there were different cold plates to choose from. We were looking forward to the delicious pasta, but we can do it at home. So we could try sausage and cheese, in addition there was delicious salad. In the store, there were super delicious plum cake! If we are in Tuscany again, we will definitely come back again!

And you get a very good insight into organic farming. If you can not go there, order online. within a few days, everything is delivered quickly and at moderate prices to your home!

How can you describe the place correctly? Organic farm does not do justice to this facility. Here you can see the love for organic farming and the love for its guests. In addition to the great products you can delicious food and great in the holiday homes stay.

For Dutch, Germans and Belgians: turn on the Carnival Festival and you have a great attraction. La Vialla has a very well-oiled marketing department. That there is such a thing as a Dutch tour may say enough. You may see what you want to see (certainly what La Vialla wants you to see). The area is beautiful and the buildings well maintained. Also look at the buildings that you are not allowed in. The food is organic and very good. Only it is not as you see in the folders. I don't think 'the band' can be seen much here.

All products are of the highest quality! The olive oil tastes just perfect, the pasta, the sugo, the pesto and the balsamic bring me a little closer to the (Italian) sky!

What these people making Viallini hire is big cinema.
The products: paste, salse, antipasti, Vini, Spumanti, Formaggi and everything else, of great quality, top quality products in a top quality as they almost disappear, the spaghetti with e.g. Wildfenchelpesto I have rarely eaten anything so good.
The small negative point that I would like to highlight, the whole thing is something very touristy, please stay with your quality awareness then everything else is just a side dish. Thank you very much, tanti bacci.

Had lunch here as a couple today. Had the menu, everything tasted really great, the portions were more than plentiful and, to be honest, we were already full after the starters. There was also various sparkling wine and wines. Everything was presented and served in several languages. Top service and super courteous staff. Very clear recommendation on our part. We'd love to come back.
PS: you should definitely try wine and oil in the shop. Can also be bought here. We had several boxes and were driven to our car with everything.

An electric cart takes you from the parking lot to the store. Nice thing. Idyllic spot. The products are very pricey. For a small jar of basic tomato sauce you already pay 3.50. How does everyone know where to find this place? Good marketing. All friendly people.

Unfortunately, a wonderful week of vacation at the Fattoria passed far too quickly. The staff at the Fattoria are all very nice and helpful. The meal, which of course focuses on the company's own products, was very tasty.
Our apartment in the middle of the forest in an old Tuscan farmhouse was fully equipped and with all the necessary comfort. Nevertheless, you felt like you were in a different time. There is no TV or WiFi in the house, but I didn't miss it.

We took a vacation apartment. The apartment was great, the service of the staff was commendable. The view from the apartment was gorgeous, a former small church from the 11th century. What we really disliked was the condition of the access roads. The gravel road was hardly passable for a normal car. The way to the apartment was an impertinence. This can very well be changed. There are also revenues generated by the rental. You have to put them in the road construction. For two points deduction.

Fixed in German hands and therefore too German for me. Great products in organic quality. The (German) shop assistant was a little too impatient and educative impression, but maybe just had a bad day. Otherwise nice, but overcrowded.

A case of: "What should we eat today? - Hm. - Well, then there's something about La Vialla." Great pasta, great sauces, etc., great basics. Always goes. Always tastes. And even the marketing is sensational (long-term customers know what I mean - most recently there was a cookbook and an olive tree).

A great organic farm with delicious delicacies. You can also order the products, they convince by quality and taste and have a very good price-performance ratio.
Spending holidays in one of the houses of Fattoria is an experience; you can relax and come back to yourself. The meals are excellent and very enjoyable. Again and again we like to come back and enjoy the time with all the people who are very warm.
