I started having a rough idle and sputtering upon acceleration with my truck that was accompanied with a knocking sound from the passenger side of he engine. I read a few good reviews about this place and decided to try them out. We had gotten a rental so i could still make it to work, in Boston. They told me that they wouldn't be able to get it in until Tuesday. This was Friday, so ok, a couple extra days of paying for a rental @ $50/DAY. I drop off my truck on Monday night and get a call on Tuesday that to find the cause of the noise I am looking at 3 1/2 hours of labor @ $115/hr. I told them t just do it. I didn't hear from them until Thursday, where they told me they didn't think they would get to it this week and that the lead mechanic would be in on Monday, where it "might be something he could diagnose in ten minutes". So $350 for a week with rental so far; being told that I could wait a few more days (and keep paying for a rental) to have something diagnosed in ten minutes, instead of 3 1/2 hours, and my truck still hasn't been touched. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I could have been told from the beginning that they wouldn't have time, instead of wasting my time and money, not to mention the frustration of not having my truck, since I am a carpenter.

Best around for everything, aftermarket installs, high end, low end, racing, everything...

Really only trust them and one other person.
