Dan is the go-to guy for trusted service. Fast Trixx has been my shop for several years now. Danny always has the customer in mind.

We left two Razor Pocket Mods with this Danny. He was listed as an authorized repair center by razor. Now we cannot get in contact with him. He will not return calls. I doubt we will see these scooters again. Very dishonest!!

Liars, Cheats and Thieves. Forced to dispute charges with Credit Card after they failed to deliver and stopped communicating.

Before you do business with them, search Google for the owner, Daniel Maddox. You should find his mugshots for such sound business practices as refusal to pay Sales Taxes, Contempt of Court etc.

Consider your self warned. Run away as fast as you can

HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS. This is not just a disgruntled former customer. I'm trying to save you the headache and hassle that I was forced to go through dealing with these knuckle heads. They are complete frauds and phonies only interested in taking your money. They have no interest in helping you and they do not care about the customer. Their customer service is abhorrent and non-existent. They can't do anything right and it took them over two months to try and fix my scooter, but all they did was break it and refused to be of any additional help. DO NOT take your business here unless you want to throw money away and deal with the most incompetent, rude, and nasty people of your life. Every other poor review is completely accurate. I am warning you not to take your business here. I honestly wish I could give them straight 0's. Hands down this was the worst place I've ever conducted any business.

This was one of the worst experiences I have a ever had. Very poor customer service. I had to call them to figure out what was happening with my bike. They do not return phone calls. Very unorganized. I would not recommend them at all for service.

It's shut down! I went there yesterday and today during regular business hours to dispute a fraudulent claim that they made regarding parts that were on back-order, but doors were locked. It makes sense since they are the worst and most deceitful and unethical shop in town. The guy who was in charge of the whole scam operation was Daniel Maddox, who I am surprised isn't in jail by now(from other reviews I've read regarding his unethical businesses practices). They owed me over $430 in parts that never came in and when I told the guy who was paying for it all to cancel the order, they told him there was no account on file(even though I have a print out of the parts as evidence). Even though my bike wasn't fully fixed with parts on it and I am scammed out of the money for those parts, I'm glad to see a business like this get shut down so others won't have to go through the hell I went through. Although if they do end up somehow open again, whatever you do take your bike to any other competitor, doesn't matter who. Any other shop will be magic compared to this one.
