If I am allowed to rate minus star, I will do it for sure. Very unfortunate, their phone operators had massive arrogance and not willing to help-oriented kinda attitude . It is a shame how they operate their business. They do not even understand the basic terminologies of dairy industry. Not here to leave a comment to hurt anyone, but however it is what it is . Hopefully they will really work on customer service level .
