The most awful experience at this garage in Broxburn branch, West Lothian.

Went in for something simple, change of brakes.
The did a bit of upselling and I said yes to some calipers which was quoted to me at £100.
Everything started well (08.15) but by 15.00 I was still waiting for them to complete.
When it came to the payment , the bill has gone up by £80 , so the ' good ' deal they sold the calipers on did not materialize.
I am sure Trading Standards would like to look into that.
Got into the car only to find that they went through my personal things and on the passenger seat it was covered in dirty black oil. The dirty oil was also on the glove compartment under the steering wheel and on the door.
I was then told that the work carried out was not under warranty.

As the brakes did not feel ok, I had them checked only to be told that they were not fitted correctly, putting mine and others life in danger.
In trying to get answers from the company got me nowhere . This is due to the fact that this company has no correct procedures for complaints, no customer service and no one is in charge. No head office!!!
Never again, despicable company.
