Hair designs min existent, but haircuts acceptable.

Walkin...got a wash, blow dry, and cut...In and out...Monica was awesome.

First I got my hair cut last week by Nicole and i am very happy!!! She was a great stylist, listenerd to exactly what I wanted and was efficient. Also the receptionist with the green hair was warm, helpful and professional by letting me know there was a wait and offering me water (it was a scortcher!). I hadn t seen her before and she was great a real keeper. The Overall experience was A+ and I will be back for more!

My haircut was great, but the stylist hanging around watching my haircut was off-putting. I didn't feel threatened but was terribly uncomfortable.

Took my 7 yr old granddaughter to get her hair done. Kelly is an excellent stylist & she did a great job. My granddaughter's hair looks wonderful.

Been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. Never had a bad cut, or experience. Also I left my ear bud headset there accidentally today when I got my hair cut. They didn't try to steal it and that says a great deal. I always tip at least 35 to 40% and it's well deserved no matter who does your hair. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Best cut in years. I won't go anywhere else, or have any other operator than Stephanie. I am older, with wimpy thin hair but she gave me body and style that makes me appear female not just a short hair cut.

This place is a community senses environment and I always come to this location to wait on Kelly who I think does a well job each time. I haven t given the other stylist an opportunity to cut my hair, but I m sure I might if Kelly leaves or moves from this job. These stylists also work for tips, so if you re pleased with the service and have a great experience, don t forget to tip extra well, especially if you like the cutter.

Came here for a cut and color. Arrived just before 10am, was the only person waiting. 2 stylists were coloring other women's hair. 4 people came in after me. 3 men for hair cuts and a girl for highlights. All 4 of them were put into a chair before me because the stylists "couldn't handle" another color right now but another stylist would be there "in 10 minutes" (this was at 1020.) 40 minutes later, still waiting. I just walked out and will find someone else who cares to have my business. I'll never be back. Absolutely awful service.

It's the only place I'll get my hair cut. The staff is phenomenal! Always friendly and I always leave happy. Relaxed environment as well. I'd recommend to anyone!

Super great young ladies! They All are sweet & professional! Kelly is the BEST hair dresser! She knows what your hair needs, and can help you find just the right product to help you out. They put a hot towel on your face(if you want it) to help relax you. It's very nice.

18 dollars for a buzz is a little high. I tipped 3 dollars. They charged my card for a 7 dollar tip. Check with your bank these people are crooks.

I LOVE Shelbi, she does a better job on my hair than any cut I've had elsewhere. 1/2 the cost of my old stylist, better cut. Now that she accepts appointments, it is even that much more fantastic. I am a loyal fan!

My longtime hair stylist recently moved to Atlanta, and I was in desperate need of a cut / color. Other places were booked since it was the day before Easter, so I decided to give this location a try. Sarah was my stylist, and she was great. She spent time with me figuring out the right color, took time putting in the foils, and gave me a great shampoo, cut, and style when the color was done. (She also waxed my eyebrows while the color was processing.) I will definitely be going back to Sarah again. The result was definitely as good as some of the higher priced salons in town.

Fast, cheap, and convenient. The place is well-maintained, and the stylists are friendly and competent. I've had my hair cut here twice now, and both times I got exactly what I asked for, and had a pleasant experience.

As the owner I would like everyone to know that stylists named here with a bad review do not work with us anymore. I hope that everyone knows if they have concerns over the service they received that I would like to resolve the problem.

Mediocre haircut for $20, and the staff that worked with me seemed a little too relaxed and unprofessional. One of them even called the store "fake boujie" while I was getting my hair cut. It's not that that isn't a fair assessment, it's that I don't want my barber saying that while they have the scissors in their hands.

It was my first time coming here for haircut and highlights (I have never colored my dark brown-black hair). Layne did a fabulous job and gave me Hollywood hair! It took some time but it was worth it. Will definitely come back and request for her. Friendly staff and very clean.

Absolutely Wonderful job on my daughter's hair! Exactly what she wanted. Sweet, friendly hairdresser! I wish I had gotten her name, but she told me beforehand cost and discussed the things my daughter wanted done, how it would affect her hair etc. I couldn't have asked for a better individual to help us!

Prompt acknowledgment when I walked in the door by Ashley (who was doing something else when I arrived). For various reasons (one being not knowing who to trust with my naturally curly, graying, over processed hair), it had been 6-9 months since my last hair cut. She looked at pictures of my previous haircuts, listened to my wishes and concerns, and swiftly delivered a beautiful haircut. We talked of options for future cuts/colors and she applied a product for me to try in my hair. If Ashley is still at the midtown Memphis location in the Spring, I will request her and her talent again then. Thanks for making my experience pleasant and quick, Ashley!

The receptionist said "by appointment only". That information needs to be on the door sign that says "mask required", so people don't waste their time going in. Appointment by phone.

Always a great and timely hair cut that is very well priced.

As an affordable hair cut option, it really isn't bad. You can walk-in without an appointment. The wait is rarely beyond 20 minutes, even on a busy day. Most of the stylists are reliably decent.

My haircut and my hair feels awesome except for the fact that I wanted to go really blond and instead I have more like a light brown caramel blond color but it looks nice. My bill which I signed and agreed on turned out to be 30 extra dollars at the end of the appointment ... still not sure why

Finally got a place to have a good hair cut in Memphis

This was my first visit to fantastic sams and all I have to say is that they are phenomenal. Kalani the girl at the front desk was amazing and sweet, she made you feel right at home. And my stylist Lauren is by far the best person that has ever cut my hair she was fast and precise, and just so so good with my hair. I will definitely be going back next time I need a hair cut.

I went there around november, I was ready for a change and I wanted a long bob haircut I thought it could be done here since it was a simple haircut ( my hair was super long) so I got this young girl whose name I don't remember and I showed her the photo of what I was looking for in a haircut, she said it was fine, so she chopped my hair and when she finished she told me It would look better styled out and that it was long enough to put it in a pony-tail and bla bla bla. So anyways, I paid for it, (gave her a good tip) and left, then I read on the sign outside that you get a shampoo and dry for free with every haircut, something she didn't tell me but I said f*** it I'll just do it myself. I get home take a shower and try to style my hair and it was horrible, the back of my hair was not only shorter than I expected but it was so thick and puffy because she just cut it straight with no layers or anything. Also... the back of my hair wasn't cut even, one side was longer than the other one and you could see it, it seems she divided it in 2 and cut one side first and then the other one without measuring it. so I had a big gap in the middle. Now I'm just waiting for my poor hair to grow back so I can go to a PROFESSIONAL and get a propper haircut... Moral of this story: NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Do not let Emilie take care of them. She does not know what she does. Ruined my hair I'm very upset. Hopefully when she returns she is no longer there.
