With the possibility of detached retina (which fortunately turned out not to be the case), the Doctor saw me as soon as I was able to get to the office.

Great services, reception and patience rooms are very clean and organize, staffs are very friendly and professional. Dr. Robin Szabo is extremely nice, super knowledgeable on how to help you with your eyesight needs. She has answered all my question and concerns with clear explanation and remedied all my eyesight symptoms. I highly recommended this doctor. Emailed, called and texted all my appoints and schedule changes way ahead of time. A lot of option for eyewear frames and lense add-on options.

Extremely overpriced. High pressure sales. Doesn't disclose hidden fees. Poor selection of frames. Took my prescription to buy online.

We have been patients in this practice for around 17+ years. Dr. Szabo is personable and professional. The entire team is welcoming and knowledgeable. Without hesitation, I can confidently recommend their Crosby location. Give them a try and you won t be disappointed.

Dr Szabo lanced a big stye and kept telling me everything she was doing in a soft soothing voice.

The staff were nice but not thorough with their pricing. My wife asked 3 different occasions about the cost of a contact eye exam and was told $75. I get through my exam and they were charging me a special coupon rate of $150.

I will not pay that when I normally only pay $89. Without the coupon it would have been $200. I left without my prescription and will be going to America s Best again.

I am giving it 2 stars simply because the staff were nice. The office manager was not helpful at all.

I've been there several times and the place is always a ghost town. Everytime I get to the desk, I'm told they can't see me today. Today I went because of extreme pressure and redness on my eye which has spread the last few days. There wasn't a car in the parking lot or anyone in the lobby, and when the receptionist asked the doctor if they could fit me in, the doctor said tell him to come tomorrow. Thanks but no thanks. I'll find somewhere else to give my business.

Poor communication, exams are very pricey, and staff seems unintelligent.

Last time got new glasses they gave me a bad headache found out lenses were cut wrong, took three times to correct. Having the same problem this time. Drs. and staff are very nice and helpful.

PINK EYE ALERT !!! stay away from this place! is not safe! I went in on Wednesday and woke up with pink eye on Friday! went back that Friday so they can fix it and told me to go to the emergency room or to my PCP, that there was no appts available! The "manager" questioned where i could of gotten it and suggested i got pink eyed from somewhere else. I got pink eye from their clinic and didn't even care. He said that i couldn't have gotten it there bacause no one else had pink eye as if you could get pink eye from the air. He must think im stupid. They need to clean their equipment after everyone, something i didnt saw them do.

My visit here was the best in my 30+ years of wearing glasses and contacts. They performed a multitude of vision tests to determine all facets of my vision. They explained everything in detail and listened to all of my concerns and actually addressed them. My eyes have become more dry as I have aged. My doctor tested my tear and oil production and showed me a trick to tear production when they feel dry. None of my previous doctors have ever done this. They only threw a prescription at me that didn't work. I am very pleased and will be coming back for years.
