I cannot say enough good things about John & Dawn. Refinancing is an intimidating process (at least to me it was) and John was so friendly, professional, and kind. He explained the entire process & included these great little along the way emails with mini cartoon style videos to show where you were in the process & what comes next. Dawn patiently answered (what I felt) were tons of questions via email in such a timely & polite manner. I m sad I never got the chance to meet them in person (thanks COVID) to properly thank them for a great experience!
