Security guard at 7:00pm 04-20-21 attempted to infringe first amendment by attempting to hinder me from exercising my rights as a father and record in a public court parking lot to ensure children saftey upon buckle ups. When Standing up for my 1st amendment with use of speech, he then proceeded to threaten by stating he would call metro. The Security also has pulled up glaring mean mugs and deafening subwoofers blaring seemingly careless.
Only creating conflict with my court ordered pick up. Tyrant with little knowledge of american rights wielding a wepon is destined for disaster.

They lost my payment and kept emailing me to pay over the phone instead. I had to pay over the phone and then pay $30 more at the bank to stop the payment that they lost.

Hours should be updated. I drove from across town because it says they close at 5pm when I got there at 3:55pm the guard said they close at 3:45!

I have been calling for a week now for assistance, and I drove up to the building got 2 numbers to call no one has answered.

The line went fast. Service was speedy. Clerk was very pleasant. Parking was a bit tough. All in all a better than expected experience.

They keep denying my temporary protective order with my son's mother. I feel like they want me to go to jail instead of helping me out.

I've had to go here a couple of times over the years. It's like most businesses ~there are employees who exceed your expectations and others that don't even try.
In a situation involving court, stakes are high and a lot of emotion is involved so people aren't always at their best.
Try to stay calm and remember that- one way or another, things usually work out, and a year from now, you may look at it as a learning experience and an opportunity for change & growth.

As of August this office is closed. There is a guard turning people away and giving a self help number.

Security is really nice and seems to enjoy their jobs. Not so much for the people inside the family mediation center. Sending out bills from 2 years ago due to glitches in their system. When I went down to ask what it was about the lady at the family mediation desk was extremely rude, rolled her eyes, and sighed. She seemed to be letting something from her personal life affect her ability to perform on the job. When someone is going through a delicate time in their lives, you shouldn t be unnecessarily rude to another human being. You work at a family mediation center. If you can t control your emotions then you need to stay home that day.
