The low season is not felt at all, everything is tasty and cute! There is no animation in the open area, but couples are not afraid)

Very good staff, despite the difficult conditions when they have to work in masks and gloves in the heat, they are friendly, the rooms and the territory are always clean. The room without a balcony was changed to us a few days after arrival, to a sea. The sea is great, clean, warm. With food, of course, it s stressful, sometimes it s prepared so that you cannot eat. Seafood was only 2 times in 16 days, and then not in its pure form, but with spaghetti or with rice, there was never a good fish. They say now many hotels save on food, this one has always been in good standing, but now for food 3+

Great hotel. Lots of choice with food but often the same, prma chambermaids and other staff also top. Some minuses on the first floor oven the dining room you can not sleep late because you hear very much the seats slide. The sea is lovely but the crystal clear swimming pool is ice cold. The shows vary a lot one night and the next day is probably fun for small children and not for adults. Overall it is a great hotel and will definitely be back.

On the whole everything is fine.
The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. There could be newer and better equipment in the gym. The air conditioning in the studio is not sufficient, especially in summer. The lawn mowers are annoying, about 1x week. Electric lawn mower would be more appropriate.
You can't rely on the lifeguards on the beach! They are either absent or busy doing other things like using their smartphones or talking to tourists. Very large, well-kept and beautiful pool area.
SPA area is great. Had massages daily for a week: 1A!
The positive things definitely predominate!
Have been there twice and would fly there again.

DO NOT HERE TO COME !!!!! Upon arrival in this "nightmare", they discovered the absence of a cot in the room, which was mentioned earlier, as they were traveling with the baby. We put it in the room after 5 !!!!! hours after repeated reminders, the same goes for bathrobes and a kettle! The minibar is not replenished until you ask, the food is below average, for 5 days the menu has never been changed. There are no entertainment facilities, bowling, billiards and consoles for extra money. wifi is very weak. The rooms are tiny, the European trip is larger than this 5 * room. Towels awful, even after washing smelled disgusting. NOW THE MOST INTERESTING !!!!!! IN THE ROOM OF MY PARENTS, WHERE YOUR SLEEPED OUR 9 SUMMER SON DIDN'T WORK ON THE TV !!! This we learned, only the next morning, which was immediately reported to the reception. We received a very unpleasant answer: it was your child who dropped it and pay us $ 220 for it !!!!! No explanations and conversations helped. We were even threatened not to be let out of the country, if not paid, they promised to call the police. Rest is spoiled, no mood !!! Save your nerves and money. The hotel hardly pulls on 4 stars. Out of season the attendants do not cope with their duties, it is terrible to think what is going on here in the summer.

It was really nice there. It is recommended to wear a mask, but as long as the corona numbers in the hotel do not rise, it is ok to walk around without a mask. There's a show every night. You forget corona and relax properly.

There were so few waitresses we had to take our own bowls, drink when our place came. The dishes don't melt. The rooms are not clean! The staff at reception were acting like they were not in need of the customer, they didn't even bother to ask the question you were satisfied!

The hotel was not particularly great the plates were almost all dirty the food was ok but the service you better than you get up and get a drink because no one comes to you to ask if you want what in the room the cleaning was ok but crawling sometimes ants on the floor so I would not recommend this hotel

Why do you fill the plates, and then only eats half? Why do you let only small children fill their plates by themselves? How do you let small children play alone in the restaurant, noisy and disturb the others ?? Why do you climb in a full lift with 3 glasses in your hand filled with drinks to disturb others because it's free? Otherwise, the hotel is great, additional staff, food and drinks high class. TARIK from the reception, ALI and Nadya to the animations, KALYS and ABDULLAH the waiters, the bartender to the dance evening, I'll be back sooner or later.

The reason is that we made the reservation from the agoda directed via trivago, and it was 2 hours. We couldn't get our room. They asked for the price, as if the reservation seemed to be made from abroad. They also accept that it is cheaper than foreigners.

Everything was great. Again and again! Super area, food fantastic and hospitable.

I am very disappointed. 1 week same food and the quality very bad. I definitely do not recommend the hotel.
