Kevin and his team took care of me in my time of need and I am forever greatful
The very best in emergency care, all the employees love what they do and their patients, skilled and knowledgeable in all facets of care!
Transported from Newton -Wellesley Hospital on Wednesday June 16th to a rehab hospital.
Before we even left the hospital room one of the two EMT s had hit the release on the back of the stretcher three times which caused my head to drop. This occurred again while they loaded the stretcher into the ambulance and a fifth time while strapping the stretcher down inside.
I was in the hospital for spinal surgery with full rods and screws along with spacers. The quick sharp movements caused me extreme pain and spasms in my back.
Had to transport my son from Newton-Wellesley to MGH for an emergency appendectomy. Ambulance crashed into a tree en route. Just got a bill for a balance after my insurance paid most, and when I called to explain I was frustrated they were even billing me was told "the service was provided." I responded it wasn't provided very well! Now I can't get anyone in billing to return my call but they seem to be capable of producing a collection notice for small dollar amounts.Travel at your own risk and don't expect patient care from their billing service department
The EMT s manning the Covid testing site at Salem High School are amazing! We were so impressed by their professionalism and their kindness when we went for our testing. We had unexpected car trouble while in line for testing, and several people immediately volunteered to help us, and to be sure we that had our tests. My family and I truly appreciate the work they are doing, and for going above and beyond when needed. Thank you all so much.
I have been at Fallon for a while. Great company to work for. EMTs, Medics and CC drivers that actually care.
Fallon Ambulance Service has gone above and beyond to support the needs of our facility during the pandemic. The staff is patient, professional and kind. The Office staff is responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Fallon Ambulance Service!!
Worst ever! Charged a bill of $4000 for a 5 mile ambulance service. Wow! Please never ever use their service. Going to fight this!
My son needed an ambulance ride while enrolled in college during the 2018 academic year. He was covered by both Blue Cross Blue shield student insurance, and my personal United Healthcare insurance from out of state. Fallon improperly handled the initial claims process and later refused to rebill the insurance companies after the coordination of benefits process was initiated by the two insurance companies (who are fighting over who pays.) Subsequently Fallon sent my son's bill to collections because they are hoping to get paid more out of network than the $500 that BC/BS will ultimately pay and are unwilling to participate in the insurance process. Predatory practices. Slimy to the max, and unhelpful personnel in the billing department. Avoid at all costs.
ON 7/7/21 I was driving north on 93 in Boston at 12.11 pm near the gas tanks. Traffic was very heavy for noon and Fallon ambulance in the second lane from the right was swerving into both lanes next to it. I honked politely as the driver was obviously having a problem (distracted- no lights on) and then when he crossed my lane completely honked a long honk. He then began driving erratically, swerving dramatically, hitting the breaks and flipped me off. Ambulance number 105. Lic plate number 54. Perhaps Fallon needs to retrain some people and support safe driving.
