These guys are awesome! They worked on my 2014 CLA45 to install several Weistec components including removing my turbo, shipping it to CA for Weistec to work on and then re-install it. Customer Service was fantastic and I had complete confidence in them throughout the process with no emails or questions going unanswered and that for me made the whole experience worth while. The car came back a beast with no issues. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks

Fall line builds excellent race cars. They place a lot of attention to detail ensuring an excellent build. I purchased a car that was built at fall line and have nothing but good things to say about the way it handles and drives on a racetrack. For a new build the price is quite steep but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and in that respects fall line delivers.

Let us tell u about the people that work at this company... when u need good people, this is ware u should go. We were on the side of the road, and this man, Chris from Fall Line Motor sports stopped and helped us. He knew exactly how to help us and want nothing in return. Honesty and integrity. Great people. Visit them if u need anything!!!

It's Candy Land for racing enthusiasts. Hard to find a better race shop to get the job done right.
I just had a 'relatively simple' request for corner-balancing and alignment and I'm beyond impressed. Throughout my years modifying cars and getting ready for track days, I have never witnessed a shop able to get a nearly perfect balance and setup an alignment to a SPECIFIC request. Don't get me wrong, an alignment isn't overly complex, but even with fully adjustable suspension components, I've only had shops that do a pretty good job and get very close to my requests. Fall-Line literally gave me a 100% precise alignment to my exact specs.
Some may complain that Fall-Line is expensive, but they're the same rates as any dealer, but their capabilities are outstanding.

I hesitated to post this - even as upset as I am. I have tried for weeks and weeks to work with their owners to come to some middle ground without any luck. I don't have a choice at this point. I'll be heading to small claims court to settle this one soon & I will be in touch with the BBB.
A couple months ago, I was at my wits end with the issues my car (E46 M3) was experiencing. Consistent electrical gremlins. Horribly rough idle at start-up and one of the main things - SES light illuminated with misfire codes aplenty. I took the car to Fall Line and met with their service manager, I handed him a typed up and printed out list of all the issues, big and small. They had the car for two weeks and changed out my positive battery cable to the tune of $1,506.50. Then they replaced my 2 month old coils and spark plugs as the vehicle had a recent inspection II. Cost $422.50.
Now, these things were done because I was told I had "low voltage issues" and the service manager at Fall Line said these were the cures to the problems I was experiencing. After all the headaches, I was happy to hear someone had figured out what was wrong.
Within days the SES light came on again and the electrical gremlins reared their ugly heads again. I was heartbroken. I took the car back to Fall Line to have them take a look. One week turned into two and two into three. At this point they had my car for 5 of 6 weeks. I was out nearly $2,000 and had none of my problems taken care of. I was really depressed. I picked up my car and drove off wondering what I was going to do....
I took my M to Patrick BMW in Schaumberg, IL and within 36 hours they had properly diagnosed and repaired my car. Brought it back to life and it is now in tip-top shape. Bad valve adjustment was responsible for SES light & idle issues and bad ignition switch was responsible for the gremlins.
I have since complained to Fall Line. Their response was, they felt I did need a new positive battery cable because it was held on with an improper clamp. When I complained about the length of time they held my car they said they are a race shop and that takes priority. WELL HOW ABOUT YOU TELL ME THAT WHEN I DROP THE CAR OFF SO I CAN MAKE UP MY MIND WHERE I SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! HOW POMPOUS OF YOU!! HOW STUPID OF ME TO THINK YOU WERE ACTUALLY PUTTING YOUR CUSTOMER FIRST???
YOU HAD MY CAR FOR 36 DAYS AND COULDN'T DETERMINE WHAT WAS WRONG (but had no problem throwing parts at the problem) AND PATRICK BMW HAD IT FOR 36 HOURS AND FIXED EVERYTHING??!??!
In any case, I learned my lesson. Rant over. Thanks for listening.

They let me Talk with the shop manager right away, not just with the service assistant that has no technical knowledge. The completed the alignment and fluid change on time.
