The market is in the builders favor right now, so sub par workmanship seems to be okay. Get 'em in the house asap and move on. There are things that have not been completed pre closing and when I called about it I was told people before my closing, months before my closing, are still waiting to have things completed so get in line. Don't get me wrong, I love my house and am grateful to be in just disappointed that pride, craftsmanship, making the customer happy are not priority.

Fall Creek owned a lot near some family of ours for a couple years, we decided to call and inquire as to the availability of this particular lot. We were told by Bruce Jolley this lot was available to purchase and build on. We then met with Bruce to get some initial pricing and discuss them building us a house on the lot. A week after the meeting we emailed Bruce a list of possible upgrades we wanted price quotes on. Bruce responded to us telling us the lot already had approved building plans for a spec home and that we now needed to sign a purchase agreement by then end of the week or the lot would be gone. This is an unacceptable business practice in my opinion; to not inform us of the pending building plans if they were in fact already approved and paid for as we were told. I have built homes before and this is not how it should work for the customer to feel pressured into signing an agreement even before the builder gives the pricing. Treating customers seemingly not in good faith is bad business and they seem to only care about bottom line and making as much as fast as possible off you rather than helping you build your dream home in my opinion. I will not be using Fall Creek Homes in my life again.

I spoke with a gentleman named Mike at Fall Creek Homes and he was the most professional, genuine, and understanding guy. He was very informative with suggestions that will be very helpful for me.

I did not have as easy an experience with the Builder as the other reviewers. It seems they have quite a bit of turnover on their sales staff and I believe it is due to the misleading nature of the company. I had to threaten legal action to get them to complete all that was agreed upon in the original contract, and then it still was not done to 100% satisfaction (yard work, fence, etc.). I give them 3 stars because the home as a whole is beautiful. Please make sure to get all contract obligations done before closing, or they will quickly disappear.

For the last 3 years I have lived in an absolutely beautiful home that was built for me by Fall Creek Homes. The process of working with them, from design to construction to closing was easy and painless. Unfortunately for me, career opportunities are taking me away from this home I love so much. I just sold my home and I must say the feedback that I received is incredible. Everyone that looked at my home commented on the wonderful workmanship of it. My home only lasted 48 hours on the market, there were 12 showings in that time, I received 3 offers on it, and it sold for WAY more than I paid for it. I believe that is the true testament to the amazing work that Fall Creek Homes does.

It seemed like we would never get to build a new home for our family. Especially after the economy slowed down. But in March of 2012 we were ready to try and build. We had a floor plan and lot picked out with another builder, but the feel of the relationship just wasn t right, and we knew it. Literally days before we were going to sign a contract, we heard about Fall Creek Homes, so we gave them a call. Bryson met with us within an hour and drove us around to several houses, in various stages. That night we knew we had to build with Fall Creek!!! We called back and scheduled a meeting to sign a contract with them. We picked out the perfect lot and floor plan, and immediately proceeded with the building process. We wanted to do some work and supply some material ourselves, and they were more than happy to let us.

Full custom features were included. We couldn t believe it. We were going to be charged extra with the other builder for the same thing! We modified our floor plan to fit our dreams, and made sure we had a one of a kind home in our neighborhood. We love the house and loved our experience with their entire team. Smooth sailing as they say! We would build with them again in an instant. We ve made sure to share our story, and sent a few friends their way. Start to finish, we were involved every step and greatly appreciate the time they took to help us!

We love our home! We purchased this home and have really enjoyed it. It has all of the nice finishes like soft close cabinets, tile floors, carpet with 8lb pad, granite countertops, and an open living concept! Very well built. Fall Creek offers a 1 year warranty and they followed through on our claims to make sure we were taken care of!

We would like to thank Fall Creek Homes for building is a wonderful and beautiful home. While the process was a learning experience it was well work the effort. We can t say thank you enough to Morgan and Bruce Jolly and staff. We are appreciate all the efforts to get us in the house on schedule.

When our home sold we started looking for a replacement home. We quickly found that there were no homes that fit exactly what we were looking for. We happened to stop by and look at a Fall Creek home that had just been staged for the Parade of Homes. When we walked in we both looked at each other and said this feels like home. We gave Fall Creek a call and moved forward with looking for a building lot. They had many lots to choose from which made it easier on us. They made it easy to personalize our home and choose all of the paint and siding colors, carpet, tile, etc. There was one point in the build that the foreman went to inspect some work that had been done incorrectly. Rather than not even tell us or just fix it without us knowing, he had us stop over and see the mistake and made sure we were good with them fixing it. We were very impressed with the honesty and integrity of the Fall Creek team. Aseneth is dynamic in the office and very on top of all the builds going on making it easy to get answers. We are very happy with our decision to build a Fall Creek Home.

Haven t purchased a home with Fall Creek yet. But my company works for them and they are by far the best contractor to work for. They are honest with there dealings with contractors. They pay on time. They are reasonable and kind. Just all around stand up company. If your looking to buy a home I d go these guys every time.
