Very unprofessional corporate upper management allows employees to be on their phones and Facebook and touch customers food also

Wow people can choose to work where they want, I thought those reviews were pretty petty sounding.

Zero star is not there otherwise I've selected it. Worst place to work for, over worked and under paid employees. Run while you can.

BTW Tonya Owens which gave 5 star rating to this company used to be the HR manager at this office but she didn't last, I like to see how she updates her review,lol.

This company is ran by Aslam Khan a multi millionaire, his personal expenses(houses, cars etc.) are over $100,000 per month(yes per month) and he hardly pays living wage to his employees so beware if you want to start working there. Poor management, long hours, no benefits except health care. They have an office in Pakistan that they send most of the work to be performed there and you will be responsible for the final work.
Only choose this company for work if you don't have any other options, turnaround is highest that you can see anywhere and as soon as you get comfortable working with someone they are gone. So have fun.

Wish I could give them no stars. I worked for a "southern family" restaurant bought out by Falcon. The cuts and demands that were made left just enough staffing to barely keep your sanity, run off decade long regulars, food quality and produce went from grade "a" to institutional. totally illegal how they overworked tipped employees. I've been in the biz for 25 years. Ive never dealt with an more unorganized- greedy bunch. Sad part is, this dude doesn't have a clue it's even going on...in his own business!!

I work at a resturant owned by this company, I love working here. I'm enjoying working for them so much, that I've decided to make a career out of my job.
Definitely would recomend working for them or at one of the many restaurants that the oversee!
