This company does not respond to calls. It took several times before speaking to someone and after scheduling an appointment, they never showed up. In an attempt to overlook the first time they did not show up because of an excuse they made, I scheduled another appointment. Second time no show, no call. No courtesy call. Very unprofessional!!! !

I read the comment from Jessica Reeder and yet, it happened like my situation. Westly is the one I spoke to before and I contacted him many many times and he said someone will contact me for the appointment. no one show up, no one respond. call back and left a message for Westly with the clerk but still no luck. called back again, the clerk transfer to Westly, got into his voice mail. left voice mail but still no respond.

Terrible experience. I will hold my tongue as to not embarrass this company.

I had the unprecedented task as a home buyer to work with Falcon as a intermediary with a city building and zoning department as I buying a home with a large builder. Falcon partnered with me after showing up to their Stockbridge office without an appointment. I could not have expedited my situation faster without Falcon given me their generous time and making several phone calls and bending over backwards to make something that takes days done in a short amount of time. Thanks Falcon!
