Faith West has such a peaceful environment. Teachers connect everything to Christ, and are very kind and understanding. Though this is only my second year here at FWA, I have learned so many great things about Christ. Last year I accepted the Holy Spirit into my heart, and I wouldn't of done it without this school. There was a bit of drama going on at one point this year, so I went and talked to the teacher about it. Now, me and the girls who were also included in the drama are best friends. Also, we have chapel every week. Its great to be able to praise God at school. We also are taught new things every chapel. For example, we had a guy come in and talk about how you are never too young to spread the word of God. Another time a couple of kids accepted Jesus into their hearts at chapel. This school is not just a school, its a family. My name is Rachel Brooks, and I am so proud to be a part of this community.

Faith West is outstanding!! It is totally worth the money!! The teachers are very nice and field day is awesome!! There is mud, slides, competitions, watermelon races and a lot of other cool things, Also, color run is awesome too!! It is where you run around the lake multiple times and while that is happening you get color powder all over you!!! For me, the purple stayed in my hair for about a week but it comes out easily!! Faith West is the BEST SCHOOL that I have ever been to in my life!! It is so fun and you get to learn about Jesus!! Which is AWESOME!!! I SO RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SCHOOL!!

If I could I would give this school negative stars. They call themselves Christians but they are the farthest thing from that. I've never seen more under handed and mean things done before.
They made children walk in the rain to the other entrance because they were in another camp and not in their camp west. Why even let another camp use your building if you're just going to be rude and mean to the kids and act like they are beneath you and your camp west kids.

This school does a disservice academically to the next generation.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.The students are not on grade level and do not perform well on rigorous workload which is expected in college prep classes. This is a major complaint across the teachers there that is unspoken and overlooked by administration. The kids are not getting the education that is equivalent to a private school setting. They should be more advanced and exposed to more academically..The technology and classrooms are outdated and need to be upgraded to match 21st century learning. However, this is not the case and sadly to say the parents run the school.
GO ELSEWHERE
If you do not prefer public then I would recommend the International Leadership of Texas a free charter school which is located next to them where the kids are exposed to so much more academically. They learn how to speak Spanish and Chinese. They also will have completed their first two years of college credits after graduation. This is what excellence in education should strive for.

They are not academically advanced ( not even on most public school levels) and not all of their lead teachers are certified. They do absolutely nothing about bullying! I expect more from a school I am paying for my child to attend, and that says they are founded on the principles of Christ- a Christian school. To say they have flaws "just like public school" is unacceptable. All schools have flaws, it's how you handle those flaws that set you apart from the others, and they handle their flaws with apathy at best. They put athletics/athletes (football and cheering) above everything else. They espouse Christian teaching, ethics, and belief, but it does not bare fruit once you are a part of the school; it saddens us to say this, but it seems only money is the root of their school. From our own experience we do not recommend this school. This is NOT a private school caliber education. Save your $, you'll get pretty much the same atmosphere in a public school, and a better education.
