Called to see if I can get my blood pressure check sat on hold for over 45 minutes to ask someone a simple question then when I get someone on the phone they want to charge me just to check my blood pressure I don't need anything else done but have it checked checked
Another horrible experience at the Princeton hospital. Get tested for strep and covid and receive no call back telling me test results or to even talk about an antibiotic . I waited and waited so I called and got my results which they had one ready and then while I was picking up more otc meds cuz I never heard back about a script I decided to ask the pharmacist what to take and what do you know the Dr had called in an antibiotic hours earlier but just decided not to tell me I guess. This is not the first time we have dealt with horrible customer service and patient care. Time to go elsewhere before they mess something up we can't fix or bring back.
Been a patient for years. Finally had a horrible experience. Went in to get my arm looked at and get disabilty permit. Was denied as they didn't beileve me despite prior surgery's and records, some of which they were to lazy to check into. The staff tried to get me to take all these tests despite me informing them I didn't have the money to afford them. The doctor finally said I shouldn't be applying for the permit then. Dr Lorge is who I had. He was rude and not competent. Your close to the cities. Dont go to fairview.
Horrible experience!! I only came to Fairview in Princeton because of how conveniently close its to me since I live in Zimmerman. I rate the specialty clinic a -10 for the simple reason that I felt not taken care of . This clinic and staff is very unprofessional and I did not feel welcomed at all . The Obgyn doctor I saw for a post partum did not perform a full check . He prescribed me birth control pills that could affect my milk supply. Funny how the pharmacist said she wasnt sure I should be taking these because there is a pill called the mini pill that works better for lactating moms . The doctor and his nurse were in a hurry and clearly made me feel like all I wanted was some birth control . I just wanted to get out of there and never return . I will never go back to this hospital specialty clinic . I will drive 20 minutes rather than 10 min just to go to Allina Health. You go to all these checks when you are pregnant but what about post partum you only get one visit and that s it . We go through so much . In the end I scheduled a virtual appointment with Allina health and was very satisfied, the doctors always always listen to you and take good care of you . They know my history and they made me feel like they know me and that I will be in good hands with every doctor I treat with
Called for appointment on a head absuss. Told no apt. Only phone interview. She said. I'm sure that needs to be seen but we can't right now. Started the one line visit. After answering the questions it cut me off and said Make a clinic apt!!!! Drove to Brained where Heath care was available.

This goes back to over a year ago, but I am still upset. I dislocated my finger and I had to go to the emergency room. It was a simple dislocation, they took an x-ray and set my finger in place. I was in the hospital for 40 minutes, the service and staff were great. The problem is when I got my bill, they charged me $3200 for a simple dislocation. I have never been so overcharged in my life and their billing department didn't care. There is no way in this world that 40 minutes is worth $3200 for a simple dislocation. I will never go there again.
I called to set up a covid appointment and the lady told me I couldn t sent up a appointment because I don t have Internet then she hung up.
Treated very well here. Like all Dr.s and physical therapy department is amazing. Caring and understanding.
Felt welcomed nursing staff I couldn't ask for anyone else
