Fairmont Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire Review

I was there overnight before heading over to Banff area. There was a swimming pool, gym, valet service, a pub in the hotel. It was very nice stay.

The staff were so friendly and the the premises was well kept, clean, and up to date

Exceeded every expectation. Friendly, attentive staff that will go the extra mile to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Beautiful property in a prime location. Very clean rooms with great amenities. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Of the hotels I've stayed at on Calgary, the all-suite rooms are certainly amongst the largest. Very conveniently located right next to downtown, but also just across the road from the river.

Had our end of year work party in one of the ballrooms. Was a fully catered event, the food was incredible. Large space, wonderful accommodations.

We always enjoy the Eau Claire. Walking distance to Calgary's Downtown mall and tons of restaurants to enjoy.

Attended a wedding. Was a pleasant venue in a private, exclusive area where random people were not in the same place.

Great location, great room, helpful staff - we had an issue that was promptly taken care of - and excellent service. Highly recommend the Flower & Wolf restaurant in the lobby. Few steps to Prince s Island Park.

Spent our wedding night here. Room was terrific. Clean, comfortable and we'll appointed.

Went there with my wife and kids. The rooms were very spacious and the pool was great. Great location, close to a lot of amenities.

Our room on the 15th floor smelled like sewage, but the rest of the facility was nice, especially the slide at the pool.

Great place for office Christmas parties, great food!

The suites are beautiful and the pool is awesome for kids. They even have a water slide.

Stayed at the hotel for a conference. The rooms are a great size and well kept and stocked - separate sitting room and great bathrooms. The location near the water makes for great proximity to walking paths and amenities. Well it is a pricy hotel, it is very classy and very nice rooms and location

Professional staff, food/catering has always been alright. Comfortable stays in the past.

Excellent hotel, food, rooms and service were all 5 star plus.

Got upgraded to a better room rate with $1 valet when I checked in which was great. One of the pillow had some red stains on the pillow case, otherwise it'd be 5 stars.

Quite expensive but very good service and very good location

Great location and close to Eau Claire Market. Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, AC that works and even had a humidifier in the room. If you've been to Calgary you know how dry it is so the humidifier was a very nice touch.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March and had a very nice time. I am most grateful for their ability to accommodate an early check in (around 10) the hotel was in the middle of the annual fire alarm testing so everyone was a little harried were still incredibly kind and professional. I (think) I was upgraded from one of the suites I had already paid for an upgrade too (there are perhaps too many room types) but ended up in a nice suite overlooking Eau Claire from the 7th floor it was reasonably well appointed. Pool area and hot tub are nice and a great place to relax.

Great service and venue. I have shot many weddings in the ballrooms and the lighting is wonderful. I always have a fun time. The staff is friendly and helps any way they can with the big day.

Location is great, in the heart of downtown and connected to the sky walks (also known as the +15). Clean and comfortable with great service.

Service was exceptional. Suite was very nice. Valet parking. 2 restaurants on site.

These guys really know what they're doing and have five star service. We have requested a few extra items for the room and I really get the feeling that everyone here really loves their job and tries hard to provide the best possible service. they have a fabulous pool area with a water slide making it great for children as well. One of my favorite hotels in the city.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Conference room was clean and had all the equipment necessary.

Rooms and amenities were good. Was a little hard to find some information like ppol hours, ice machine. But staff were great.

Great hotel near the heart of downtown Calgary. Easy walk to the train and tons of options for food. The staff was great. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Booked the room off hotwire and was pleasantly surprised. The the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were the Xmas eve and Xmas day so there wasn't much open for us to check out. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the layout of our room. The pool and waterslide were a ton of fun but the hot tub was just a bit TOO hot! Would totally stay there again!

$42/night for parking, $23/night for internet, just got here 5 mins ago and feeling a bit ripped off.

Loved staying here. Bed was very comfortable and clean, room was beautiful. The view wasn't the best, but better than facing right into an office building. Service was excellent, the staff did a great job accommodating our very large business group. I'd love to come and stay here again!

I went for my son s graduation ceremony to celebrate a once in a lifetime memorable event. However, I found myself welcomed with food that was by no means reflective of the cost and the caliber expect from such a famous hotel. The food was absolutely disgusting and I had couldn t eat more than two bites. Sheraton really needs to improve their services!

A little small but overall a nice gathering area for social events.

Good location for Stampede.. bit of an attitude at the front desk and they didn't make it simple to get in the room.

Also it's an older hotel with slower elevators and the staff uses them for maintenance so it can get congested in there.

This place is absolutely amazing. It has everything you would need at a hotel. The staff is very friendly and super helpful.

Was alright. Drinks are expensive for what they are but that's expected for a hotel bar.

It has very clean modern rooms, polite staff and for those travelling with kids; there is a nice family friendly pool.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were professional and upgraded our room for us due to it being our anniversary. Parking was a bit of a pain, but it is downtown Calgary, so it's to be expected.

I went to a wedding I am absolutely disgusted by the way Eric treated customers.
The Wharton should be ashamed for hiring someone like Eric! I am a diamond rewards member and I will never be at another Sheraton Hotel because of Eric!

My family and I just stayed at the hotel this weekend with our new dog, which was apprehensive for us. However, the service was outstanding. All of the staff are extraordinary. Special thanks to Maddi, you were amazing! You helped make our Thanksgiving extra special.

The Sheraton is one of the most well kept, convenient, and luxurious hotels I have been to. Also great restaurants in the hotel and a very fun swimming pool.
