Great rooms. Nice and quiet considering it's right downtown.

Room clean, comfy beds with great pillows, huge tub in club suite, breakfast is included with room. Great pastries and bacon. Fruit variety is lacking. Some maintenance needed in room (loose door handle, loose shower tap). Pullout couch bed not very comfy, but great for a kid. Still had old cabinets for tube tvs, needs an update. Room safe in very awkward position.

Very nice rooms with a great and helpful staff. Would easily stay there again. And as an added benefit, a great water slide too.

Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, shopping and restaurants close by, and a minute or two walk to the river. Absolutely recommend. My only reason I choose a 4 instead of a 5, is that to me a suite has a cook top, and at least some plates and cutlery, and there were neither. Does have microwave, kettle and coffee maker, and a mini fridge though there is little room because it's full of items to purchase.

Nice place, nice people. Cute area, but don t expect much to be open on the weekend.

The hotel is OK. It is old or seems old. There can be some updating to the basement rooms.

Nicely located in the middle of downtown and close to Prince Edward island park.

very nice hotel. Price was reasonable. We did not check with front desk to see if there were any more but all the pillows on the bed were too big for my girlfriend. Also I'm being nice with 4 stars cause I also found lipstick on the coffee cup after I was about to brew some coffee. That just reminded me to never drink out of the cups/glasses in hotels before washing them.

Very spacious and clean room! Friendly staff and also very pleasant breakfast experience. The location is close to the Prince s Island Park, which is great for a morning walk! I had a great stay here!

Service is excellent with super friendly staff. Food is great and everything is very clean. It has a great pool and yes the waterslide is crazy fast.

Staff is very aware and diligent in their safety protocol. Not over bearing but they take is seriously.

Like almost every hotel, the lounge was closed. Disappointing but they do address it with restaurant credits.

Valet, front desk and restaurant staff were all pleasant and attentive. The vibe is positive which is nice to feel compared to a lot of places these days.

Good price, great rooms, views are good, location is ideal next to river and close to everything. Beds are comfortable and our stay was enjoyable.

I was there for a social event, no idea about the rooms but it has the best location in Calgary, close to river, shopping Centre.

They upgraded the room our guest had booked for free! So nice!

The second floor banquet room is gorgeous. It is a massive room that can hold over 400 people sitting or less if you choose. Each section has diamond chandeliers and there is carpet from level 1, up the stairs and in the banquet room. This is good for ladies with heels. Food is always good, for the few times I've been here and service is professional. Would highly recommend this place for functions and events.

Went for my inlaw wedding celebration. This bartender his name is Eric, yeah I'm gonna put it out there. I was enjoying my inlaw celebration, talking to people I haven't seen, telling jokes, taking photos for a memorable night. I just finished taking a photo for one of my friends and that friend wanted to thank me by offering me shot of liquor. We said cheers, and as I was about to take my shot, the bartender Eric came and aggressively took that drink away from my hands. I was not drunk during this time, I remember this event so vivid. I was stun and shock that just happened, who is this person coming out of nowhere and viciously grabbing a drink outta my hands. Long story Short, I will never do any kind of celebration here at the Sheraton!
To Sheraton Calgary you got Eric the bartender to thank for, for lost business!

I was so impressed with my stay at this hotel for one week during a company meeting.

The rooms were very spacious and incredibly clean with nice views of the city.

They also came with humidifiers which was a great touch that made a huge difference.

The hotel didn t charge for extras like bottled water and had a decent gym with treadmills, yoga mats and dumbbell weights.

The food and catering was excellent and diverse with tasty gluten free, dairy free and meat free options and very attentive wait staff.

The meeting rooms were never too hot or too cold and the audio visual systems worked without a hitch. Overall very impressed with distance to restaurants and the airport and the service when staying at the hotel.

The only thing we were excited about was leaving this hotel! We arrived at 3, were unable to get into our room until 4:30 because it wasnt ready. Our room keys didnt work. We were not offer assistance with our bags. It seemed like a huge inconvenience to to the if we asked for help with anything. We watched the valet drive the vehicles and were scared to leave our car with the valet because they drove them so fast to the corner! We booked a whirlpool room (assumed that it meant a tub with jets) it was only a large tub. No whirlpool. The room was so uncomfortably hot and we had the thermostat turned down to 16. No AC despite being told there was. You pay for wifi, you pay for valet, nothing is included with a $300.00 room. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of a beautiful downtown area

Very good hotel Crossing the river at night you can go up a wooden staircase to take pictures of the skylune. Good breakfast. I spent only one night and had to leave early.

Great hotel with awesome staff. I either stay here or Westin in downtown Calgary.

The hotel had just re-opened and they had the protocols pretty nailed down. Our room on the 14th floor was very clean and you can't beat the layout with a separate bedroom and living/work area. Perfect area to stay as you can walk out the door to the river trails and some great restaurants/pubs within 2 min walk.

Friendly professional staff, very tidy common areas, prompt room service, food fresh and hot, quick with extra amenities. Great for families. Restaurants, shops: 2min walk. *Beware: the waterslide is fast!

These suites are really comfortable and super decorated. Top accommodation directly connected to the Skywalk. Parking in front of the public pay parking slightly cheaper than at the hotel.

Went to the Shearaton for a conference. Conference room was nice, all chairs had coat hooks on the back for large jackets or bags. Food was good and served warm

Was a beautiful event and we had a room that comfortably sat 400. The event was 5 hours long and I was extremely comfy in the plush chairs. The chairs were comfortable and didn't have arms and kept everyone of all shapes sizes and ages happy. There were many technical difficulties with the wireless mics, but all in all a great event!

Very comfortable stay. Staff are very pleasant and provide good service.

All around a great and unique experience. The staff went the extra mile for us, bringing a doggie welcome package; a dog bed and dishes with a mat, even a bag roll. They also brought a mini fridge to the room as we needed to put some food overnight. Very comfortable room, the facilities are great; the kids loved the pool we loved the hot tub and the work out area. The only thing I think was missing is plugins to charge the phone on the table beside our bed but that is really not important when everything else is perfect. You can't beat the location and value for your money. Highly recommended!

The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. The staff is great and everything is so clean.

When I booked for two, they booked a king size bed for my buddy and I. When we went to check in, at like 1am, they didn't have any double rooms left and tried to up-sell a suite. Then they just gave it to us at no charge. Not sure why they would even try to do a money grab like that

The environment rooms are very good, due to the time difference and fatigue, I feel that at noon, the hotel is very good to print the checkout, stuffed into the room, and late check-out until 4 pm

Very comfortable beds and great attention to detail.

The staffs here were very friendly, I love their smile on their faces. They are so very polite when getting customers.

The area was very clean, I can see that they put a lot of time and effort into the place.

We can tell that the management is very careful in making sure customers enjoy their time and experience here and I will sure to recommend friends and family to come here.

Situated in downtown Calgary, good for business travelers. It is right next to Eau Claire, a great place for strolling or jogging.

When My friend and I showed up there, they tried to make us pay for a room correction that they messed up on. They told us we could pay for the upgrade in order to get us a room. I questioned why we would have to pay for something they messed up and suddenly the room upgrade/switch was free for charge. Funny how that works.

Was at the restaurant. It was busy but it took a long time to get service. We waited for about 35 mins before our order was taken. After only 1 person in our party got their food while the rest of us had to wait about another 10-15 minutes before food started coming out.

Sheraton Eau Claire risk quite a nice conference space. Recently attended an event in the ballroom and it was perfect. Catering was above average for a large event.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, the hotel and rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I loved everything about my stay.

Stopped in to meet some friends for drinks. Decent selection, price was reasonable.

Our conpany christmas party had a delicious buffet and open bar right up the stairs from the lobby. The table service was equisite and the hotel was very clean and well kept. I highly reccomend the sheraton for a company function.

Good hotel good location with reasonable prices. Close to princess Island park, many restaurants and pretty much all the downtown Calgary attractions. Rooms are large all of them suites (I think). Ours had a kitchenette and a pull out couch. It could sleep 4. Pool is is very shallow but good for kids, it also offers a slide. We stayed at the club level but it is not a great deal the breakfast is very limited and expensive (included in club), it is a comfortable level but overpriced. Would stay here again.
