Great staff and decent rooms. In house bar/pub and restaurant are average. But there are plenty of options just outside.

Checked in about an hour ago. Reception was great as usual - lady was welcoming and friendly. There was a welcome plate in the room with greeting card from GM (apparently new). The presentation was laughable - the plate appeared dirty and eaten from - there was a bag of nuts in between 1 apple and 1 strawberry. I brought this down to the front desk to inform them that I didn't want it. I was served by a gentleman this time - I found him to be somewhat pompous - not outright rude, but curt and not friendly. Same with valet - no smile, no greeting. ALL the valets we've seen over the years have been extremely welcoming - this is the first time that I've been made to feel that I'm not wanted here.

Location is perfect right beside the shopping Center and Prince's Island Park. Rooms are large and clean. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend

Sheraton suites is a very nice location and central to pretty much everything. The staff there are well trained and are willing to help you find your way around the city. I didn't get a chance to see the rooms but the conference space is very spacious, well lit and elegant. I would recommend it for all professional gettogethers.

This hotel is in a great location. It's a 5 minute walk to the park and there are many restaurants near by. The room was nice and big, and it's well kept.

Meeting friend for breakfast as the hotel as she was passing through Calgary. The hotel was great, it was clean, courteous staff that always seem to be willing to do the extra mile for the customer.

Best hotel in the core for kids and for taking a stroll in the parks. All rooms are suites and the pool is great.

I stay here often, and they always go the extra mile to take care of us. On my most recent stay, as I was checking in, I'd received frustrating news from home and had to drop my wife and daughter at the hotel so I could drive back to Lethbridge. My family was disappointed, but the person working the desk overhead and ended up send hot chocolate up to the room for my daughter, and some wine for mine wife, free of charge. It started their stay on high school note, instead of being disappointed I had to head back home. Great staff.

We did a Staycation in yyc last night and had one of the best experiences. Maddi went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She made us feel as if we were at home. Maddi deserves to me promoted. She was Incredible.

Great place to stay.off the downtown.yet it is downtown.cool feature is its connected with channel +15....that's the tube connects the whole downtown with all highrise buildings.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff are all really happy and helpful. Pool and hot tub are excellent, my wife even enjoyed going down the water slide!

This is my favorite hotel in Calgary.Good price, great rooms, views are good, location is ideal next to river and close to everything.

Stayed from Friday to Monday, and we had the best possible experience, plus amazing service. Ben at the Pub, Ciara at Flower & Wolf, and Pam at the front desk took exceptional care of us.

Honestly, I don't think we'll stay anywhere else in Calgary.

It was really nice there and everything was just wonderful.

My family got a 2 bedroom suite, which had 1 king and 2 queen beds, which was fantastic! The room was spotless, the beds were great, and the air conditioning was quiet! We spent a lot of time at the pool, and it was warm and clean. We only ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel, but it was very good, no complaints. The valet was quick, and all of the staff were very friendly. Will certainly be returning.

Spent the past weekend at this hotel.First time stay. Very friendly staff. Even the door men were polite and very helpful. Really like the location. Close to many amenities.Rooms are very nice. Wasn't impressed underground parking/valet was $30 a night but there is a parking lot across the street as another option. Would definitely stay here next time I visit.

Clean, helpful staff, cheap and close parking next to hotel if you don't opt for the valet. Good location downtown close to pubs and good food.

The furniture is not exactly new, however the hotel is in excellent condition, very well located and the staff is extremely pleasant.

Perfect stay! Friendly staff, clean room with multiple amenities, superb location and a great water slide for the kids. And good value, too. Would recommend to anyone, particularly for those with small children that prefer a separate bedroom.

15th floor is a good deal with the free breakfast and evening appies. Out suit was a bit small but very nice and clean and staff is great too.

The pub at the Sheraton Eau Claire was excellent. Great food and very good service, even when it was very busy. Would recommend it.

This is a prime location in the heart of downtown. The customer service was great. We stayed in a large suite on the Sheraton Club Floor (15th floor) which had a beautiful view. The breakfast and happy hour time had a variety of food and snack choices. The room was clean spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
