Fairfield Resorts / Sedona / Arizona (Now Wyndham Resorts) Review

Great location for exploring the red rocks, oak Creek canyon, and the Grand canyon. Nice rooms, friendly helpful staff.

Pool and gym are open 24 hours--that's a plus. The staff is really nice. They have free things like snow cones and hot dogs by the pool and offer walks and different activities both free and of a small charge.

Room was really comfortable and staff was very friendly. Spent most of our time elsewhere, but it always was a nice, luxurious place to come back to and sleep/nap.

One of the best Wyndham that I have stayed at. The staff from top to bottom was a pleasure to deal with.
The location and buildings are exellent

Very clean and nice rooms for the price. No other place came close to Wyndham in price/what you get value. Very happy with the location, room and feel of the place! Staff stayed late to let us in which was awesome!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked for a 3 day stay with confirmation. Drove all the way here to be told they are over booked. Ridiculous and they refused to help us in any way. Will not be coming ever again

Great place to have a very comfortable stay. We stayed in the 1 bedroom Villa and we're pleasently surprised with the accommodation. The staff was very courteous and made our stay memorable by going above and beyond!

Wyndham Sedona is very nice. Staff was great. We had a 1 bedroom and a lockout. Units were very good. We will go back for sure. Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, we visited them all.

This is a nice place. I really like that the fact that the pool is all hours. Super nice.

Love this area. The unit was so nice and a short walk to a beautiful pool area. Wish it was within walking distance to the main downtown action

Excellence as expected of a Wyndham Resort, just stay away from their hotels

We have a wyndham timeshare so we have stayed at several properties all over the United States. This property in sedona is nice and so is the staff. The unit has an apartment feel, the only down fall is we are on the 2nd floor and there's no elevator.

Beautiful... everywhere you turn .... the views from my condo were exactly as expected. The location is exactly where tippy want to be. The hotel staff... from concierge to front desk to housekeeping to maintenance were friendly and helpful. 5 STARS for sure!

Nice place to stay for a week or so. Units have full kitchen, washer and dryer and very comfortable beds.

Beautiful grounds, but the accommodations were a bit run down. ( holes in the carpet, wall outlets in the kitchen worn out, ect...) The kitchen was what you might expect to find in a studio apartment. The bathroom is a bit on the small side.

Perfect location West Sedona. Close to great hiking trails and good restaurants. If you want busy downtown Sedona and art gallerys it is only a short drive. Easy to get to Page Spring Winery and Cottonwood. Units very nice, dont expect modern minimalist look. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful spot, clean suites. The checking in and out processes were quick and efficient.

Our room was nice. The Air Conditioner could barely keep up with the weather. Our room used a window AC unit which I believe all rooms do. The maintenance man that helped us was great.

The facility itself is nice and the staff is very friendly. I just don't enjoy "running the gauntlet" of salespeople who want you to "upgrade" your membership every time you visit. I'm already an owner, I've got the amount of points I want, and all I want to do is check in and be left alone.

Nice room, but not impressed that I was charged to check in for my family.

Stayed here for two nights and we had a good experience, the apartment style unit was spacious and there were plates and cups in the cupboards, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the 2 bathrooms. Theres a Jacuzzi in the bathroom that's separated from the bedroom by half a wall, and although that's in the "open", theres an enclosed 2nd bathroom. We got a room on the 2nd floor which included a balcony and the view was pretty nice. Would recommend!

Beautiful hotel with well trained staff in hospitality. The views are gorgeous. The rooms are decorated so tastefully. Just be sure to pick up the FAQ sheet at the counter to see how they operate. There you'll read that they don't clean the rooms while you're there and only restock items like toilet paper upon request. You take out your own trash, etc. They only do daily service for stays of 8 days or more.

It was a great place for a weekend away from the valley.

Wonderful location. Extremely helpful staff. Great information on local hikes. Lots of activities to join in the resort. Definitely worth a visit.

Love this place! This is my wife and my favorite place to come and unwind. We spent the Christmas holiday there this time, and loved it! Heated outdoor pool and spa, indoor sauna, game room, nightly activities, etc. The list of great stuff to do in the area is almost endless! I can't say enough positive things about this property!

Beautiful location and very close to amenities. Rooms are modern and very clean. Water sometimes takes a while to heat up inside the condos. Can't speak to any hotel employees without being hassled to attend a timeshare presentation ... Even though we're already owners of wyndham time share.

Great resort-too bad their timeshare company is horrible -don't buy

Thin walls .. Could hear everything next door and hear everything upstairs. They had kids that jumped all hours of the day and night!

Great rooms and location but due to covid activity center, spa, sauna and Jacuzzi closed.

Good concierge. Had to move rooms due to AC issues, but process was easy. Quiet neighbors and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

First time we have been here. Love the fact the buildings are in the trees, very cozy. Can not hear any traffic from 89A. Will stay here again.

Owners can have a central location in Sedona but the time share place has very limited offerings.

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Undergoing renovation and the noise and water interruptions made us leave early.

It's not so much the place because I am only going there for my job. But Seriously Sedona is a beautiful place to stay and and check it out.

I think they did a great job cleaning the room before arrival.

Beautiful spot, nice 2 bed/2 bath unit with well provisioned kitchen. Only downside was pressure into the timeshare spiel (ducked!).

Was not bad for the price, did however feel the customer service could be improved on. Long story short our key card for our room didn't work and had to go to the front desk three times before my husband finally requested a different room because maintenance wasn't able to come look at the door mechanism for an hour or so and we had a long drive in and just wanted to get settled in our suite. I felt that issue should have been handled better and more promptly. Overall not bad and had that issue had not arised I would have given a four star rating.

Great location, nice common area, nice rooms. The only bad thing is that some of the furniture had a couple stains on it.

Location is great, the room was perfect size, parking was wonderful.

Very nice resort, wine and chocolate tasting was a nice surprise, rooms are clean and make you feel welcomed.

Lovely property in an absolutely GORGEOUS area of Arizona. Rooms seem a bit dated, albeit with updated furnishings. However, with so many amazing sights nearby, you don't spend much time in the room. Pool area was always clean and under control. We would definitely stay here again if vacationing to Sedona.

Very a nice place! It was really like renting an apartment. 2 bedrooms with kitchen, living room and dining area. Patio with beautiful views (we where on the 2 floor) Kitchen fully equipped. Master bedroom with tub. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds and bathroom. And stackable washer and dryer!

Great, quiet location. Nice clean rooms with full kitchen and washer/drier. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Security isn't rude, but they are always around and it gets a tad bothersome at times. Glad he's there, though, I suppose. Constant sales calls to the room and amways trying to upsell packages. Very bothersome during a vacation.

Great place to go for a quite vacation with things to do all around...pool was great also.

Home away from home where we could make our own meals. Not made of money so buying groceries and not eating out worked for us so we could afford to stay here.

It is a nice facility with great amenities. Would love to see a salt water pool here because I have chemical sensitivities. Nice lobby area; front desk very helpful. 1 bdroom suite is quite dark...wish there was some way to lighten it up and get a bigger sink in kitchenette. Will definitely go to 2nd floor next time. ..better view.

This place has amazing donuts and amazing owners! Should not be missed!

It's very difficult to find a bad view in Sedona and the Wyndham Resort does NOT disappoint. The condos are spacious and the amenities are many. Stay here the next time you visit Sedona.

We loved it, large space. Help we're friendly, coffee and tasting water was always available. Had a great time.

Resort is ok the staff is somewhat unresponsive to issues and the bed in the master is like sleeping on the floor. After notifying member services of the issue the sent a mattress protector.
