Stayed here for a few days on vacation. The pool with the slide was broken for 2 out of 3 of the days and my building was under reconstruction. The hotel booking website didn't inform us that the buildings were under repair. We would've chosen somewhere else. Nevertheless the family enjoyed our time there and we would consider returning.

Facilities and amenities are good. The sales pitch is a bit much, they make you give a $40 deposit. They hand you off to different people after one can't close the deal. For the price of what they are selling, you can buy a house, a small condo on the beach or an investment property. The high point of the entire sales pitch are the snacks.

Gave this location four stars due to the amenities and activities. Would have been a five star review but the manager person that I was handed off too made a sly comment because I was not interested in purchasing or having my credit ran for their sales pitch.

As I think about, I am going to change my four stars to, three stars for the aforementioned reason.

Beautifully decorated suite. The kitchen has everything you need! Clean, well kept, great pools and spa. Allowed us to relax and rest. So many great places to,play and shop in the area. Only complaint is the loud music around the pool area. We had a balcony unit overlooking the pool. Loud music was a bit annoying at night.

The Resort itself is beautiful but I'm giving 1 starbecause I don't like dishonesty.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! Purchase their offer of a 7 night stay and attend their presentation unless you want to be scammed.

I purchased the certificate and was advised that I would be able to get the same type of accommodation that I was staying in at that property for 7nights.

However, now that I'm trying to redeem the certificate I'm getting the runaround, seeing that I have to pay additional money and even being advised that The Wyndham is not even one of the options.

This resort has both pros and cons, but unfortunately more cons than pros. The check in process with front desk gentleman was very informative and checked in our party quickly. Everything was going well until the next morning when we started hearing awfuly loud noises coming from the room above us. I called down to the front desk and Anna answered. I asked her if she counld move us to a different room because we didn't want to disturb the guests above us or have any conflict with the neighbors and she said no. She said all she could do was have security go up there and tell them to quiet down. We didn't want that because we feared the backlash. She then said there were no other rooms available at the resort. I then looked on the ownership Wyndham site and noticed there was easily 20 rooms available for the remainder of our trip. I DID NOT appreciate being lied to especially as an owner who paid a lot of money to own Wyndham. I called back down to the desk to ask to speak with a manager because I was afraid to not get any rest. Another gentleman picked up and said he knew about my situation...at this point I said I need the managers information because I will not handle this noise all night and there are 20 rooms available on the Wyndham website. He said no there isn't and the manager isn't available until tomorrow. I was so mad because there was no solution given, I was being lied too, and now multiple people at the desk know about my situation when I only talked to Anna. Anna then called me to follow up and I said I was not satisfied and I didn't like that she lied to be about the room and told the other person at the desk about my situation. She said she told the girl Dawn and not the guy. So then I told her I feel like they are gossiping about me as an owner and I will be reporting al of this to the manager the next day. She got angry with me and short and just said sorry sorry.
The bottom line is it wasn't until the following evening I called security to my room to let him listen to the noise and he called maintenance to fix the sound because it was from the patio door. He was respectful to me and responded quickly. He said the noise was unacceptable and apologized.

I am disgusted that the front desk who is in contact with owners. guests, and potential owners have no idea about customer service. Its too bad.

The rooms are spacious, and the pool area is nice but the cleaning in the hallways and elevators is overlooked. The housekeepers speak little English which is frustrating when asking for even something simple like coffee or creamers.

Disappointed in this resort and will not be back.

The rooms are beautiful, and the pools are relaxing. There is everything for the family to do. Sadly we stayed there when they had electrical issues, but they took care of us and we just had to put up with walking 8 flights for a couple days.

In room dryer dries at mediocre speeds; vents problem need more regular cleaning, or the equipment needs upgrading. Laundry closet door track was damaged from previous tenant/tenants. In room hot tub filled so slow, I gave up. Would help if resort housekeeping was trained in room inspection so damages could be reported to maintenance to fix prior to next tenant.

Wyndham Palm Aire is one of our favorite places to visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The resort is very well kept, and it's convenient to shopping, golfing, and casinos. Great for a quick get away.

What can I say!!? This place is awesome!! More upscale then others.. you check-in.. get your room(s).. then just basically life for the duration of your stay... there's plenty to do in the immediate area.. a huge Casino directly accross the street.. a huge Walmart... and plenty of food everywhere.. or.. take a drive down to Miami... about a 30 min drive.. Miami has EVERYTHING!! Definitely worth the trip..

Gorgeous rooms, well kept grounds and so many amenities like a game room with pill table and air hockey. Perfect family resort. Daily family activities to choose from and activity schedule posted by resort Daily. Would definitely go back! Loved it!

Always indifferent people at front desk. Could care less about their jobs. Not a handicap friendly environment. Love bartenders. Hotels versus timeshare. No comparison as timeshare is more comfortable and relaxing. Wyndham overall for us was a mistake. Stuck paying over $109k for 500k in points. $1200+ a month for last seven years and rarely is there availability.

This is my wyndham home property and although we try to visit a new resort or two each year, we make a point to come back here every other year. Property is full of wildlife and friendly staff. Close to so many activities and attractions. U can't go wrong here.

Had a real pleasant stay here. Rooms were nice and clean, service was great, and the poolside bar was a nice feature. Only negative was after checking in you had to go to the "concierge" desk and get your parking pass. Here, they try to sell you on a timeshare presentation. Thankfully, I've seen enough attempts by now to firmly say no.

Nice resort with plenty of amenities. One of the best things about it was the little cafe beside the poolside bar called Kisses from Italy...hands down best ribeye steak sandwich I have ever eaten. Only downside is that it isn't on the beach. However they do have shuttles you can take if you want your beach fix.

There are two well maintained pools so plenty of room for everyone as well as hot tubs and children play areas. Also a tubular slide. The condo units are large and nicely decorated with a washer and dryer in each unit. It is located near all kinds of restaurants and just across the street from Pompano Park. Ocean is only a short drive away.

Check in process is extremely slow! They indicate check in is at 4pm but they do not have enough cleaning people so we got our room at 7:00pm!!! We could not request a certain view or building? We were put on a waiting list as number 1 for our room to be changed to a nicer view (instead of the garbage/construction site)! We never got called for the room change in 3 weeks here even though we have witnessed many daily checkins! Nobody cares about your problems! Construction wakes you up at 7:30am with steel containers are getting thrown onto concrete!! No one calls me back from management to address this! Stay away!
