Fairfield Resorts / Florida (Now Wyndham Resorts) Review

Pretty nice resort close to theme parks, 10 to 15 minutes for Disney and about 25 to Universal. Couple of nice pools and hot tubs, shuffleboard, ping pong table, fitness center. Comfortable bed too.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean, attentive staff. Very good!

Friendly staff, always clean. Sometimes it can take awhile for your room to be ready.

good location, prox. parks, some malls, retaurants, supermarkets and other establishments, large apartments with full kitchen and laundry, good leisure options and activity center

Convenient to everything. Spacious rooms with balconies. Staff was attentive. Owners update was not high pressure and we were gone in 60 minutes! Nice amenities on site including fitness center and kids activity center. Walking distance to restaurants.

My 3 day stay at this resort was pure heaven. The suite was sparkling clean and in perfect order when I checked in. The screened in balcony and jacuzzi tub were sweet bonuses that I took pleasure in using. Oh, and the complimentary toiletries are amazing! I d like to use the soap in my home everyday. My only complaint is the wi-fi signal was basically non existent in my suite. It would pop up for a second or two, then it would disappear. I m not sure if it was my iPhone s fault nor if I was just in a bad spot. But overall, I had a great stay!!!

Rooms are very spacious and big. Very clean. Had a few problema with our room. Guest service was amazing and they fixed the issue quickly and urgent. Great staff who is very friendly and work quick.

I had a 1 bedroom suite and it was nice. The kitchen comes with everything u need to make breakfast, fridge is a good size and the amenities are great. I would come back here I the future

Great guest service plus many amenities and activities for the people staying to do plus the rooms are very big and Immaculate with multiple utensils and comes with plates and cups with a fully loaded kitchen over all our stay has been great and I would recommend it again.

A very well laid out plan from the room itself to the parking. Great stay at a great place. Would give it 5 stars if the room were larger.

The rooms are ok. For a couple the smallest room is cozy. When we first got in the room, the smell of the carpet was somewhat foul, opened some window and turned on the fan and it dissipated. The thing annoying is the bathroom being so small the door cant me closed unless u squeeze urself out of the way. Other than that the place is at a good location.

Side note: If anyone in the front offers you breakfast in the morning, just politely decline. It really isnt breakfast. Its a couple of muffins and pies in plastic wraps and most importantly the point of the "breakfast" is to have a salesman lie throught their teeth to get you to sign a loan for a timeshare. It will not be short either.

Nice place. 2 pools, rooms are nice. Activity center is lack-luster, but could be good for little kids.

Isn't that far away from the parks. For me is in good place. Around the place you have may options for eating, in waking distance.The front desk employee they so services and helpful in everything.

This resort is more dense than Bonnet Creek, accessibility to the different Disney parks is very similar to Bonnet Creek. I wouldn't rule out starting here again.

When we first arrived, the room assigned to us was never cleaned from the previous guests. The resort was not apologetic, but did assign us to a new room. No other problems and the amenities were nice and clean. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Parking is an issue. Every night there is a shortage of space.

Great location nearby to lots of food and entertainment in the area. The rooms are clean and decent size. My largest complaint so far has been when contacting the customer service department because of missing kitchen utensils/cookware that it took almost 3 hours and several phone calls to get replacements provided.

Actually kind of quiet for a family place. There were some kids but never heard them. We enjoyed it. Nice pool. Seemed heated.

Came for the timeshare sales pitch to get the cheaper Disney tickets. Sales crew were a bit pushy, but that was to be expected. The resort seemed nice enough and the condo they showed us was spacious and nice.

Beautiful resort with great amenities. Parking is tough though.

This was the 4th time we have stayed her and we have never had a bad experience her. Close to everything and well maintained. If you find anything that is not passed on by othere guests wrong it is taken care of right away. I find that most things are due to past guest not telling them there was a problem. To bad they could not of turned up mother nature temperature for the last week. We will return her again someday

Came to stay for an extended vacation at Disney. The staff were very kind and helpful, wanting to make sure we were well taken care of. Only issue we had was that the air conditioner unit was frozen over and leaking into one of the carpets. The staff worked very quickly to address the issue once they were made aware of it.

The hotel is very good but it is not excellent. I got a room for two in which we had a 2 queen size beds, a normal one and one that extended from the sofa. They were good but the problem came in when extending the sofa bed as it filled the whole room and was very difficult to go through without having to step on it. Besides that, the table that the room had was a bit too small for dinner or any type of meal to have in. The bathroom was great except for the shower which had a very weird design were the pressure and the temperature were regulated with the same knob so most of our showers were with a low pressure of water as we didn't want to burn ourselves with scalding hot water. Overall it was very good but there were these minor details which didn't make the experience as pleasant as it could've been

Really Nice place to spend some days off. We had a wonderful experience!!

Was lied to at this place and would never visit here again. If you need to lie to people to get them to upgrade there points to benefit your pockets they are not about family period dont believe anything they say they do not care about your well being or your kids.

Been here three times, this visit not going well. Wish someone from corporate would call me.

the place in general is amazing and the pools where really fun with kind people. Next time i go to a resort ill make sure whydnham is the place

20-30minutes to Disney and Universal..there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby.. Clean rooms

The rooms were pretty small where I stayed it's like a one-bedroom in a corner

They are a kind of small apartments, comfortable but not luxurious. They have a small kitchen with basic implements to prepare something. The check in is at 4:00 pm and the check out is not very favorable because you have to leave the hotel at 10 am the next day, I had not spent in any other hotel. The person who is in the lobby is very insistent in selling their shares of rooms in the hotel, so much so that he called us to the room at 6 in the morning. I went with my boyfriend, and we really could find a more comfortable accommodation for the same rate.

The amount of pressure they put on us to attend their timeshare presentation was enough to never stay at a Wyndham location again. Despite clearly telling every employee we spoke to that we were not interested in the presentation or their gifts we still received multiple phone calls a day and notes under our door pressuring us to attend.

We own a time share and this was our first time using it and Wyhndam has shown my family and I impeccable service, thanks Club Wyhndam

Old outdated lumpy mattress. I slept in my car less bed sores this way

There is plenty of space in the rooms. Everything in the kitchen to cook good meals. Went grocery shopping of course.

The rooms were very spacious but one of the bedrooms had not been vaccumed, my mom found cereal on the side of the bed. And in the room my niece and her two girls stayed in, the dishwasher started leaking and no one was using it. The front desk was notified, they said, that they didn't have anyone to come out until the next day. They didn't have enough parking for the owners who stayed in the buildings.

Rooms are huge and spacious. Lots of options for recreation (pool, chess board etc). Close to Disney world

Excellent stay at an older Wyndham timeshare. They did a good job keeping it current. Clearly a step below Bonnet Creek but there is a place for this quiet place. Good location. Walkable to several chain restaurants and a CVS.

Very Beautiful to start! We have had little to no problems with our stay! It s quiet, the plants are pretty and there s a lake behind that you can walk for peace. Everything you need is within walking distance and the staff is super friendly(Eunice and Vanessa I spoke with personally ) It was a bit empty when we first got here but it s filling up fast making it feel more family oriented... we had a personal accident and to our relief they said it would be handled and ensured our safety. My bed is amazingly comfortable I wish I could take it back home lol overall I would definitely recommend!!

Pretty cozy little rooms, very functional, right to the point, fully equipped

Toured this facility on a Timeshare tour. We were told it would take 90 minutes however it was close to 4 hours. Sure, we got a free weeks stay at another resort but no matter how many times we said no they continued with their pitch. Sure, they were very polite and not pushy but they did everything they could to sell a "vacation package".

Loved our stay here for my sons birthday. Right behind Cracker Barrel so that's also a plus

My husband was disappointed by the service, the smallness of the room and I was highly upset to experience a group of people smoking weed which is a first for us with Wyndham. We have gone to many Wyndham throughout the years and this was the worse experience.
