Fairfield Resorts / Florida (Now Wyndham Resorts) Review

Great resort clean and comfortable...I hope to stay again...the manager is very business like and very understandable. I loved my stay there.

We love staying here when going to Disney. Well kept, good location, nice and clean.

It was very relaxing and a nice view from our room of the pool and beyond

Clean, they give you bracelets instead of key cards which is convenient.

The service was nice and the rooms in the apartment was very spacious

The event was for presentation, did not analyze the accommodations

Found it very relaxing, well kept. The location is situated perfectly to everything you are looking for in Orlando. Amenities and activities for all. Truly enjoyable.

The resort was nice with ok accommodations. No hot breakfast was available.

Absolutely one of the best places I have ever stayed. Rooms were great, had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this as your home away from home. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Pools were fabulous. They take great pride in their property and it shows. I felt very secure during my stay which was another important factor to me as well. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Great place to stay to get away from the bump & grind

After staying at Bonnet Creek first, I can't bring myself to give this one anything above 3 stars. Because Bonnet Creek is SO much better. The overall appearance is nice, but we have a baby who was crawling around and I had to bathe her every time I would out her down to play. Her legs were black from dirt on the carpets and tile. It was small but nice.The bed was more comfortable than at Bonnet Creek.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful and the room was spacious and well decorated.

I was very disappointed in the way they want to man handle you into buying more for nothing. As an owner of a time share I was really upset when they said that the subject of the presentation was going to be about questions that we might have and every time we tried to ask they switched it to well lets see if we can upgrade you to a better more expensive plan. My wife and I are considering selling ours. They also said that there were no other rooms to upgrade to , when the room right next door to us was not even used for the entire week that we were there. I brought this to their attention and they wanted to pass the buck to Wynhdam's scheduling. Bullshit. I'm not happy of our vacation and will reconsider Wynhdam again.

We arrived in the evening to our 2 bedroom unit; first to smoke alarm beeping every minute or so; got that taken care of funny smell as you walked in, some dead roaches and droppings; they gave us a gift card for our inconvenience; icemaker broken so they brought us over a bag of ice; also the door handle on the dresser came off in my hand. We were only there from Friday night till Sunday morning but still I expected better. The pool was nice; you needed to call and reserve a time to use it
due to covid.

It was even more if what we expected. Had an amazing time.

Fantastic resort, we got connecting rooms with full bath, kitchen and living rooms. Free wifi provided and 100 channels of tv. Nicely located within a few short miles of sea world and other attractions. I highly recommend this resort.

Nice accomodations with full kitchen, washer and dryer. Comfortable rooms, clean and completely equiped.

This was not a good experience for me and my hubby . It was an old, dinghy badly lit efficiency, and didn't even have a cutlery draw. I could not believe how pokie and small the unit is. I could not make coffee and toast together as there was not enough surface to work on. I had to butter the toast on a plate. Never again. I offered to pay extra to upgrade but the girl at the front desk was not interested in helping me even though I knew there were larger ones that were empty. Even when I spoke to RCI they never offered to compensate for the ruined week. I cycled the second week and booked a hotel

You can't go wrong with a WYNDHAM property. If you want a clean, well kept facility, you will be extremely happy with this choice.

Do not trust them, I wish I could give them -10, waste of time

Quiet place. Well decorated and furnished apartment.

The rooms are very nice and have all the necessary amenities, no ice machine and the rooms were definitely as clean as I would expect for a resort. They also pressure you in attending the time share seminar even after a 19 hour drive. I enjoyed the front desk staff they were so helpful.

Very nice and spacious room. With kitchenette and soft comfortable bed.

Amazing place to stay. We have been to Orlando 5 time, and this has been the best place by far. The location is perfect. The accommodations are incredible. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Jantzia and Bruno are fantastic to deal .

My family & I are Wyndham timeshare owners for over 15 years and we have been to many different Wyndham properties and this one by far has the best costumer service ever. Joseph in activities always made sure my family and I were enjoying ourselves with his lively personality. The Dj at the pool also was very fun with dance challenges and kid fun. We will be returning again.

Excellent property, lots for the whole family to keep busy, everything you need in suites including full kitchen!!!

This was my favorite place for 10 years, but a recent visit was a little disappointing. Hopeful that staff improvements will bring about positive changes.

Older Resort needs to replace GE products, saw too many on moving dollies and the one in my suite has panels hanging.
Activites should be posted or schedule given at check in ( I observed all 3 times I came to the check in desk) opportunities for add'l chairs or TV trays when you have a one bed room suite with a sofa couch for the kids
Need bright light above sink to refrigerator
Pocket doors instead of doors that take up the whole bathroom and you have to stand on top of the toilet to get in or out
A book with places that deliver, copy of expectations for check out of room, list of TV channels or a guide to use the TV (pretty standard at a plain hotel why not here)
Those are suggestions, it is clean and for it to be a timeshare program, it is manageable.

I gave this place a five stars because I was there during the hurricane and the staff was absolutely amazing although the rooms do need a bit of an update I would still recommend it.

Stayed here over spring break for three years now. Awesome rooms and pools! Great place to stay if your going to Disney world. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. The view is great, too. Pools are clean and large. This resort is also very close to restaurants and souvenir shops.

I was a little worried of the resort because of some reviews, but this place was awesome. Check in was easy. I didn't get come to a 90 min tour every two sec. The condo was wonderful and pretty. The gift basket was nice, and it did explain the cleaning rules and towels etc. Other then that place was clean, pretty and when the workers heard my complain about the contraction noise (YES i tend to use my outside voice a lot) they actually knock on the door and said sorry and left. Staff walk around and check on the property and guest all time. And we actually had a great time cooking on the grill.

The game room needs updating. The pools should have towel near the pools (Our towels kept getting taken by other guess. I was a little worried that a bite me and my baby had on us was from bed bugs, i see little bugs at the end of the trip on the bed so only time will tell. My husband said they may just be ants. Only time will tell.

Complex with good location and has all the amenities.

Clean, huge rooms and bathrooms. Great for kids - pools, playground and activity center. Walking distance to restaurants and about 10-15 min from Disney world.

The rooms are very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located off of 192, close to many shops, restaurants, Old Town, and close to the other amusement parks in the area.

Great place to stay if you are planning on visiting amusement parks. Pools are smaller than I am used to. Would have loved if they had a lazy river and more entertainment.

The hotel was very filthy ! Bugs all over the place, stain marks on mattress . There were noises the whole night and we couldn t sleep . We tried moving to a different location but they were booked so we got our stuff and left we didn t even stay 1 full day at the hotel. I called to get my points back with costumer service , they didn t want to give me all my pints back I was fighting for an hour with them , we had tickets to parks that we didn t get to use , but still the hotel didn t care ! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone !

Florida is a holiday destination! This resort room, in addition to the bedroom, has a living room and kitchen, and has a washer-dryer. Everything is self-sufficient, and we all like it!

Beautiful rooms, clean spacious and accommodated. I would only take points off for location. It's behind a restaurant.

Nice property, but when I turned down the timeshare the last lady was rude.

I can honestly say our stay was really great! There were free drinks & bake cookies. I was greeted. My room was amazing I had the 2bedroom two kitchens two living room . Now I m just waiting on my deposit to return so hopefully I get that within a couple of days. I will definitely return.

This is a wonderful experience for us, so far. We've only stayed over night one night, but we're very happy with the room and the entire grounds. They've thought of everything with a fully loaded kitchen. We bought groceries and plan on saving money eating as many meals at the room as possible instead of Disney.

My stay here was nothing to brag about, the staff was average and there wasn't much of anything to do but go to the pool. My favorite thing about this place was that it had multiple entrances. But I did manage to get a couple of beautiful pictures of the resort!

It was small, but very nice and very accommodating.

It is a super beautiful, quiet place with very clean facilities and very attentive staff. The pool is heated and closes at 12 midnight.

First day we arrived late and my wife asked the attendant if for sure we had the accommodations as requested... once in the room, surely they were not (2nd bedroom w queen beds and not full ones)... next day thanks our luck the manager was able to change our accommodations as detailed in the contract, nevertheless before he was able to do so the clerk did attempt to make up some story/excuse attempting to explain that all the rooms here had queen/full beds... not until he noticed we were recurring guests he went to the manager...

Location is great. Lots to do around the area. The rooms are nice. It's a small resort with not a lot to do. Pool is small but a right for the size of the resort.

Rooms are very nice and spacious. Grounds seem well staffed and maintained. Decent location for Disney and SeaWorld. Not as much to do as a Bonnet Creek stay, but good value for the points.
