Nice stuff here. Haven't bought anything yet but I like the store.

Doesnt seem to care about the customer. Called to place an order on an item not currently in the store, no response for several weeks. When I followed up, noone seemed to know what was going on with my order. I requested a follow up call the same day, but didnt get that either. I then called to cancel and the gal said ok and hung up. Nonexistant customer service in my book.

Great place to go for furniture and flooring. Very helpful, curious and informative.

We love shopping at koch the owners and employees are always great to work with!

Way to expensive for the quality of the furniture...

Nice clean place, friendly, will work hard to find you the furniture you are looking for, will special order. Have let me make payments so we buy all our furniture there and over the years have built a good trust with them and I do not think I would care to go anywhere else.
