Many buildings were demolished and the debris is still at the demolished sites.

However, the event Centre ie Event Haven is spectacular. It can host hundred of people. It has great lighting facilities.

it's not like the way it was at first ... was a tourist site at first but now no .. so boring

It is a very a spacious place Such that more than one event came be held at the same time. Although some of the facilities are very old but it is still cool

It used to be one of the go-to-places for entertainment, business and shopping. Nowadays the place is not attractive and fun.

Not too bad but they need to create more adverts because of public awearance.

The objective was to build a first class multi-purpose international trade fair and conference center. This was in direct response to the massive industrialization and infrastructural development projects embarked by the government after the attainment of independence . The project was therefore to enable Ghana to showcase and promote her exportable products and services with a view of attracting investors. The facilities they are p avillion A&B ,large conference, auditorium, administration block, and there are offices there too.The Trade Fair Center has hosted numerous events both local and international. These include Trade Fairs, musical concerts etc.

A shadow of its former glory. As a kid, I used to relish trips here especially when fairs were in play. It also used to be the go to place for concerts and carnivals.

Trade Fair has been run down. Like most government businesses. Very sad. Occasionally, programs are organized here largely because of space and location.

They could look to make this the number one destination for conferences and the likes if they partner with the private sector. They have the space, but lack the discipline and innovation.

Place needs a lot of renovations. Bushes unkept. However, it's a good business location

It's need renovation to make attractive to achieve it purpose of international trade fair standard.

Trade fair has really lost its glory. The whole place looks run down. Apart from the two pavilions at the entrance the rest of the buildings seem like they are unused.

I was here for the Republica. Very nice for international expo and outdoor events

A lovely edifice which needs serious upgrade to bring it to world-class level.

Very great place but lack of maintenance the place look boring but it is still a great place where you can find a great church like elim international Church.

A multipurpose center for all your personnel and corporate needs.

Used to be the go to place during the hay days i.e 90's.Especially during the fair seasons, grand sales, etc etc Currently in a deplorable state.
Regular power (electricity) is a different issue all together. If you are looking to host/run an event in the pavilions or around the trade fair, you better have a generator.

It's a great place ...big enough for all kinds of exhibition and advertisement.

Ideal place for hosting International trade fair and Exhibition

The Trade Fair Centre used to be my favorite place to visit as a child especially on holidays and during seasonal celebrations. However, poor maintenance of the facility has made these visits less attractive to me.
Irrespective of this, vendors who co e to market at this place during festive seasons keep increasing the prices of their goods and services which also deters participants from purchasing when they visit stands.

Aside all these, the center still holds an image for having some of the best restaurants in LA with variety of local foods at affordable prices. The kids play ground seems to have been I proved although I am still not impressed with its management.
Some banks and financial agencies still function here and it also houses a Ghana Post Office.

Overall, its place to take a stroll without much worry and has romantic spots for couples (if you don't mind all the mosquito bites). Lol

Great place for trade shows. Fantastic for out door events. spacious car park is a plus

The whole Ghana trade Fair, ah, the road to the entrance is very poor, it's surrounding is very dirty and bushy. So am asking, is there a supervisor who's taking care of the place? And am asking is it because is for government? Where's the money they're collecting when there's events? We're very disgraceful for not taking care of our own properties.
