I went to Facua C / Resolana to request information about a charge from the biggest fraudster company of online courses CCC.
Not being a member they did not attend to my case, (understandable) but they advised me to use the service of a lawyer named Manuel Molina who charged 300 for a service he did not provide, and who claims to work in consumer affairs and in court. Of course I was trusted by the recommendation, but realized that I was ripped off twice.

Malfunctioning, they never pick up the phones, they refer you to an email, you leave your messages and they don't answer either.

Nothing good can be expected from a place where its spokesperson is a supporter of Chavistas.

Dire attention. They don't answer the phone or your emails. Totally lost money. It is not worth it at all.

Outrageous the management of facua Sevilla. Don't pick up the phone, I'm tired of sending emails and they don't answer my emails, horrible. I have been with them since 2017 and they do not clarify, nor do they explain to me what happens with the demand that I put. Horrible management, very very disappointed.

They don't tell you, or pick up the phone, or anything at all, outrageous.

Horrible, you can not talk to it, call when it calls.and the email, nor do I tell you, answers you after a week.for next year wait for me.
