Fachhochschule Stralsund Review

Please provide free transportation through out the city of stralsund , it will be very helpful to new international student.

There completed my master in automotive engineering and was very satisfied. Particularly noteworthy are the following things: Small courses with good supervision, competent professors who are always responsive and still have a close relationship to the economy, good technical equipment and of course the proximity to the sea

If you can wait for your final exam (even beyond the start of the new semester), you will find a college here, which is located close to the Sound. Anyone who does not care that the timeliness of the lecture slides of the professors, when they started as lecturers, studying in a city with moderate nightlife. If you find it amusing that you can find the video of a professor on YouTube, in which he puts down a strip in front of the FH logo (in the cafeteria, which is no longer allowed to be used for events at the instigation of the dean), you can find his Achieve Master / Bachelor.

I am very satisfied with my studies. Nice people and there is a lot going on on this small campus

It was the most boring and frustrating time in my life.
The stay in Stralsund was largely a disappointment.
Due to the backlog of knowledge, it does not live up to the claim of excellence university.

The only goal of this self-spun "elite campaign", behind the typical hanseatic-alien sophistication, is the funding claim that the university in the poorest region of Germany urgently needs.

This college is resentful and tough.
The exams are exaggerated.
There is no practical relevance or interdisciplinary learning with other areas, mostly you have ancient professors here who have carted them out of the old people's home again.
The faculties are hostile to one another.
You sit in lectures all day, then in the Bibo and at home at your desk ... that's it. Rummage for 4 years. Have fun. The library is poorly equipped below all standards.

Very sophisticated and extensive material, but a very rural and lagging level. Fortunately, I quickly switched to another school in a normal city.
Except for drinking and blasphemy, not much is going on here.

Student counseling is hostile to students and is against help.
I have never seen such frustrated and hostile "people" in my life as in this city.
The university is just as nasty and sneaky as the city in which it stands. Because this university has something against your students, e.g. wanted ex-quotas 30-40% (source: introductory events, Prof. Szymczyk). And then the professionals brag about it.

NC-free master s courses .. even in the engineering area ... sure ... guess why?

These immature machine builders and their pretty women alone. :)))

Study was good ... It is probably more the fault of the people than the institution, and to be honest there are a variety of obvious problems, but it's nice nonetheless.
