I worked with Sue Flashberger as the buying agent. Her husband was the listing agent. Through out the transaction, she was virtually MIA. She failed to meet me in person, failed to conduct any type of walk through ever with me, ignored my phone calls and texts, failed to have disclosures signed, failed to get the proper paperwork in order, and failed to follow proper protocol. She was consumed with her commission and provided very little service or representation to any of the buyers.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. Worst home buying experience with them. Never will I trust this agency again. When I called to complain to the woman in charge she informed me that everything that was happening to me with one of her agents was my perception. No customer service or care for anyone but herself. Go elsewhere, save yourself the drama.
