I have a unique perspective of F2Onsite. I have worked with them as both a Customer as well as an Employee. I'll explain;
Several years ago I worked for a large company that serviced Dell and other OEM's with Technicians to perform onsite service. I was a Supervisor for that company. My job was to manage the territories I was assigned to provide Technicians at End Users locations to repair equipment. The nature of the business required that I utilize Contractors to assist in those endeavors. F2Onsite was one of the Vendors available to supply this labor. There were many Vendors at our disposal. I utilized many of them but when it came down to which Vendor I preferred, It was F2Onsite. I quickly realized, that among the many Vendors available, F2Onsite provided a Quality Tech, in a Timely Manner, at the Right Cost. Were they always the least expensive option... No. But, They were, in my opinion, the preferred option. They were always responsive to resolving any issues we may have encountered and I could count on them to provide an asset quickly.
Now on the other side of the coin. I recently became employed at F2Onsite as a Service Delivery Manager. I now see what made them my Preferred Vendor. They are delivery oriented in every aspect. They work hard to provide a quality service to their customers.
I can't say enough about this experience and the people that have been a part of my onboarding! They are very welcoming, very thorough in their training and a joy to work with. Everybody from the Owners of the Company to the Technicians working in the field have been very great to me. This is a good place to work! I can definitely see me retiring a happy man here.
