This store has a lot to offer but rarely does the staff know where to look for the items you look for. The service wasn't good either. I came down with a bad chicken salad and the customer service couldn't figure out what to do with it.

Should bring sandwiches with my mother to the family. As there was an error in the system, the food was not ready when we arrived. This was a little problematic as we only had 60 min before half of the family were going to Viborg. We got an apology and the food was delivered personally to the door and full return of it paid. It is world class guest service in the department department, even on a busy day.
