So far a good place to work. Work is easy, supervisors are helpful and caring. Lots of overtime available. Pay is OK as temp, raises in first six months. Higher pay as full time employee, with benefits as well. Only down would be strict attendance policy!
Wery disgusting behavior. People don't care about other people. Wery bed supervisor/employees attitude. Thay are lazy people.
I worked here as a temp before I enlisted. It is an ok place to work. It is boring. The air quality is horrible. But they pay pretty good. Definitely not the worst place I have worked at
This place is horrible to work. I give it a zero. The people there are very vile and disgusting. Supervisors don't care if you get injured. The workplace is 100 degrees day in and day out. As a temp it's not worth the hell. Do not for The love of god, don't work here. Also the air quality is of Cancerous. You can get very ill working here. The fumes from welds and chemicals in the air is combination to cause cancer down the road. I hope I saved you guys the horrible experience.
I was hired in at FandP America Nov 11, 2013 as a Production Supervisor, this is a company that has great potential however, it will not last if some house cleaning is not done soon. There are some great people who not only work there, but, they work their tales off. Then you have ( The Counter Measure Crew). They sit around and wait for something to happen, then they want to come up with 1000 pages of how to prevent it from happening again. Lazy, selfish,waste of skin, lying, embarrassing foursome of fake individuals that will eventually SINK this company. To those of you that are hard working and are for the good of this company and the genuine people around you, hang in there, Angie C, Matt S I think the world of you, your work ethic and your realness. Assembly will succeed if you 2 become Manager and asst Manager, if not, the 2 fake, selfish just plain sorry duo you unfortunately have as a place holder until SOMEONE from upper management get enough heart to do the right thing and get rid of 2 of the fake 4, it will be a struggle.

Not very professional, supervisor attitudes toward workers is terrible ( Angie Clark). Very dirty, lots of lazy ass people favoritism plays a huge factor. Don't go through a temp service you'll be treated like shizzle and you'll be expendible.
Worked here when I was 18 and regretibly quit, had 9 jobs after and 4 jobs before and let me just say after 9 jobs after I had to go back, best job I've ever had out of 14 I'm currently employed here and if you're looking for a career worth your time this is it
Management sucks.They want quantity over quality, terrible air quality and they break OHSHAS rules ( should be 2 welders at a table but they have 1). Would not recommend. Only redeaming factor is that it pays well.

I was employed by F&P America from 2010 to 2016, maintaining a spotless record. I was always treated well. During that time, I worked for Angie Clarke twice. Angie is a tough, fair-minded, no nonsense supervisor that doesn't tolerate employees who flaunt the rules. Anyone speaking ill of Angie Clarke, and or F&P America is ignorant, short-sighted, and troubled.
