F.I.L. - CENTRO PER L'IMPIEGO DI PRATO Review

I have had to deal with the Employment Center several times, unfortunately. As far as I am concerned, only the staff who have almost always been courteous and helpful (except in the concierge) are saved, the courses I attended are interesting but the substance is lacking, that is "the job": I have never managed to get satisfaction in this sense, I have applied many times to job offers, through the web portal, but never once I have been contacted for an interview. I also asked myself the question: But will my applications arrive at their destination? , So one day I went there in person to ask and was told that the applications had all been received. Possible? And nobody ever looking for me? I came to the conclusion that there is something that is not working, because otherwise it cannot be explained. Why have I managed to find work with private agencies, and even several times, and never with the Center? Employment centers are useless, it is not a point of view, it is a fact, no one I know has ever found a job like this, or they are reformed or we might as well close them.

The job offers are almost all fake and I guess even the internship ones. It is not possible that no one calls you even for a poor interview, I have so many doubts, who knows if they receive my applications ..?!?!?! bha ..
Perhaps the only "positive" thing are the courses, but in the end they don't unlock a job to pray.
I don't know about you, but I think this structure is almost useless ...
If you want to look for a "job" you can rely on employment agencies such as manpower, gigroup, adecco..etc ..

The staff who don't want to work, the website makes you laugh, every time I don't recognize my password.
Every time I want to apply for an internship offer I have to go directly to the office, medieval stuff !!!!

Scandalous website, biblical phone calls. An almost useless institution, if not to distribute the monthly payments without any return.

Bad, disorganized and confused staff about what to do

The man who was there before at the entrance was 97% rude, the one who is now idem; the rest of the staff are good. Long waiting times, plus it's easier to get struck by lightning than getting a call for a job interview through them.

Every time I call after three minutes of Atessa nobody answers and the line falls. I don't find it right that even for simple information you have to go personally because nobody answers the phone. Hopefully it improves.
