My brief experience with this company was beyond awful. I received a "cold call" from a guy at Sunset Office Supply asking if I was interested in purchasing our office supplies from them. Since our office is made up of literally 3 people, office supplies are not a huge daily priority. I advised the salesman of this and asked him to kindly remove our number from his calling list and do not call back. The salesman, who honestly sounded as if he were still in high school, then proceeded to argue with me and asked if I'd rather spend my money on cocaine, at which point I hung up the phone. He then called back 4 or 5 times, hanging up each time when I answered. Apparently, he must not be aware of a little thing called "Caller ID"!?! About 10 minutes later, the guy called again and requested he speak to the owner of the company, and even referred to her by name (creepy). I advised him that she was in no way interested in speaking with a office supply salesman because she was currently busy doing actual work. Well, he didn't seem to like that and replied by calling the owner "a walking tumor". Not really a smart way to make a sale in my opinion. Luckily, my boss overheard the entire conversation and has since called the corporate number, herself, to issue a personal complaint. Unfortunately, the "manager" was on the phone and a message was left for a return call. No return call received as of yet. These people are the very definition of the word unprofessional and I would rather spend the extra money and purchase our far and few between office supplies from our local FRIENDLY Staples rep! A BBB complaint will be issued with the state of NY. Thanks for wasting our time.
I am always satisfied and pleasantly surprised with the fast response and delivery of our office supplies. We started out ordering printer ink and then gradually started ordering other office supplies (paper, pens, folders etc) during the COVID-19 Pandemic to the homes of the lawyers.
