Lovely location for a cinema and you'll always find parking, even if you do have to use the underground carpark. I've docked it two stars as I feel the luxury cinema is a complete rip-off and not at all worth the extra cost. Also, some of the screens are quite small and I don't believe there is any way of knowing which screen your chosen film will be screened in. You could probably ring I suppose, but I don't feel you should have to. The screening rooms are also a bit on the chilly side. On the positive side, the seats are very comfortable and are stacked in a way that you would have to be sitting behind an extremely tall person (or someone wearing a top-hat!) to have your view obstructed. The staff are very friendly for the most part, so no real complaints there.

It's a good cinema with a underground car park and another car park on ground level. Seats are comfortable and it's kept clean. I think there's 9 screens but one of them is the "Luxury " one with leather seats and costs a bit more. Good selection of the usual sweets, popcorn, hot dogs, nachos and icecream. You can actually buy alcohol so if you're early for the film can have a little drink first. Only giving it 4 stars because I think that nearly every cinema is too expensive especially when you add in the popcorn and drink. Also they REALLY don't like it if you have a bag with you ( like a rucksack or something) and can ask you to leave it at the front desk otherwise you won't be allowed in ?? Even if you show them the inside of the bag and that you are not smuggling in your own sweets or treats.

Dropped my Nachos all over the floor like a plank. The manager came over and offered me new nachos. I go to this cinema a good bit because the Tuesday deal is great value as is the food and drinks are reasonable. the staff are really nice and its very clean.

Saw Dunkirk here a few days ago. We were in screen 9. The screen was fine but the sound was terrible. Had a group with us and we all agreed afterward that we had no idea what was being said during many parts of the movie. The eye always plays a surround sound trailer at the start of movies but RARELY do I hear sound coming from anywhere but the centre screen. Also 2 of their screens AT LEAST have a tear going down the middle of the screen where they have done a bad repair and its very noticeable and distracting throughout the movie. Continuous improvement is a big part of any business and I feel the Eye are resting on their laurels. Sound and screens in general are in need of repair/upgrade. Also that rambo wanna be security guy keeps popping his head in to the various screens letting the corridor light in distracting the rest of us from enjoying the movie. When it opened, great cinema. It seems the profits are invested into coffee and sweet counters rather than quality of seats and screens.

Massive cinema but inside the screen rooms themselves could be renovated to keep up with the other cinemas! Great film times such as the 12:01am slots for premier films! Great deals on drinks and popcorn the last day we were there too! Unlike imc they won't let you bring bags in but for some reason women's hand bags are allowed.

The best thing of Eye Cinema is the smile of the crew even after long hours they spent in the ungrateful chore of cleaning the mess left too many customers. How the hall is perfectly clean projection after projection is a myster explained only with a lot of hard work. The place has a sober, modern elegance. Food offer can be better, I'm afraid Ireland lacks a culture about, albeit improving. Quality of projection and sound ineccepibile.

This place has some appalling policies regarding bags. I was told to leave a bag downstairs in a non-professional matter. I explained this was a small bag which contained medicine so I didn t want to lose it. They were less than helpful. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Never again !

Was a great cinema until I had a security guard, a bald man, tell with glasses, harass me and my girlfriend to move out of our seats for a couple that looked clearly loaded and where over 30 minutes late for the movie, would have gladly moved I'd the guard wasn't so rude raising his voice trying to intimidate and embarrass us in front of other customers despite having no right to move us, he either knew the family or they had plenty money and had family in the cinema, won't be returning to a place that has bias for customers and that security guard should be removed
