This agency is a joke, not once did they help me find work, you call up they tell you call us between 4-5pm... call them then and they say they have nothing available we will let you know and never get back to you

Extraman is definitely the best agency I've had the pleasure of working for; and trust me, I've worked for a few. Their staff are always very polite and helpful, they treat their employees with total respect, they always pay on time and there's usually plenty of work whenever you're available and let them know about it. I cannot recommend this agency enough, they also pay decent wages and holidays so if you're in between jobs or need casual work this is the perfect place for you. Keep up the good work guys!

Very good agency! I worked for them over a few summers to get some money inbetween my studies! they are understanding and work they provide varies significantly so you're never too bored of one job!

When you write a honest review , this extraman agency cannot take it so they all they do is say you have not revealed your identity so we cannot reply to you but these guys are a joke, they are not serious about their workers and treat them bad. AVOID THIS AGENCY if you want to be stress free and have regular work, find another agency because these guys are rude and useless. I don t understand how they have some good reviews, they must have done their own reviews and gave themselves 5 stars lmao.

By far the best agency i ever worked with :)
They're very professional, polite and trustworthy. It's been a real pleasure to work for them.
Now i have a permanent contract at a place where they use to send me to work and i have to thank them again for introducing me to the company.
Considering the fact that they're dealing with people (not the easiest job) and they have to keep happy their staff and the companies they supply personal to, they do an outstanding performance.

The people at extraman DO NOT care. You are simply a number. They are very rude over the phone and that receptionist guy needs to fix his attitude trying to get lippy over the phone what a right ***** but face to face he wouldn t dare. He knows who he is and by looking at the rest of the reviews I can see others are not happy about these people either.

There are many other agencies, don t bother with these parasites who try to talk to you like you are not human.

The people at extraman are extremely rude. I called up a few times asking about job availability and the guy on the phone always says someone will get back to you this day Or this time and so on but they never call back, they just waste your time.

Called today, told him this problem then he proceeds to tell me in a bad manner that I shouldn t call at this time and only between 4-5 ( but I ve called so many times before this time and they said nothing ) anyways useless and rude they are. If you are the guy at the reception that answers the calls mostly and your reading this, you didnt give me attitude in front of my face kid, so why over the phone.

Instead of explaining things clearly he tried to talk me down, what a little melt wouldn t do that in front of me or anyone.

Extraman are great warehouse recruiters in London, they have amazing customer service and a track record that dates back to 1970.

Excellent company! Emma was brilliant, I joined on a Wednesday had work on the Thursday,Friday and Saturday. On Monday I was placed in an ongoing role through to January. The role ended for me (my fault not extraman) for 2 months not a week went by when emma hadn't found me something. I would recommend them over any recruitment company. Excellent pay and holiday pay to.

The Best agency I have ever worked.
I have work with this agency in the past and always had work with them,never had any problems and never been treated differently or poor.I even managed to get my first contract through them.I have read some dreadful reviews and let me tell you that are not true(this is for the people that are posting anonymously,if what you say is true why not have the courage to post with your name).

K B10000's said everything I need to say. Last night I got a letter saying "you have really let US down". Who's this royal "us"? The agency's mainly 1 man. And before they go around talking about I've let THEM down, why don't they see how much they've let me down, not having work whenever I call them? And that they "won't be offering me work in the future". What's new? You hardly ever offered me work. Supplying men to a client that's right on my doorstep and not sending me there. B***ards. The email last night, was like it was sent by a menopausal middle aged woman. Also, they couldn't even spell in the email. They said "know they're looking for somebody for a 0900 start". As opposed to a NOW, they are looking for somebody for a 0900 start.

P.S. It's rather pathetic that all they can say to negative reviewers is that they've no record of the person registering with them. They'll have no record of me registering, because this is not my name dips**t.

I have worked for many agencies throughout the years. Extraman, for me, has been the best agency I have had the pleasure to be an employee for during my time there.

To name a few things that make Extraman stand out. Every employee I've dealt with has always been courteous and prompt with answers, always trying their best to resolve issues.

If you believe you have problems with your payslip and query this, (it's a rarity but does happen) they will look into it for you without question.

Extraman are firm but fair, treat them with respect and you will get the same.

There are many things I am sure I have missed out, but in short, if you want a temp employer who treats you with respect and gives you job prospects, Extraman is it.
