I recently had some exterior repairs done and was left quite unimpressed. The communication was lacking, and it took longer than expected to get a simple estimate. When the work was finally scheduled, the crew seemed unprepared and didn't pay attention to details. I noticed several areas that could have been done better. It's unfortunate because I had high hopes based on their initial pitch. 😕🔧
