I stayed here for a week in July. Pros: Convenient location, shuttle to and from airport.

Cons: elevators slow and/or down. Shower was a trickle (this was the worst!) They have kitchenettes in the room but you have to go to front desk to get any flatware, plates, etc. There are no toasters or coffee makers in room. Not enough help at the front desk. Paid too much for the room for the lack of quality/amenities. They only clean the room once per week. We had two towels for two adults to last three days. I could go on...

I ve stayed at other Extended Stays, and this one is the worst. The state the hotel is in is appaling. There are stains on the carpet, the rooms smell, there are hairs in the bathroom. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff, that is why I am giving it one star.

Lets just say they were short on housekeepers the day i checked into both the rooms i checked into. One after the other as it looked as it goldilocks had been sleeping in the first bed i was to sleep in. Had to repack everything to move to another room that was clean. Or so id hoped. But thats not. Important now. Hopefully they will get up to par soon.

My niece traveled from Oklahoma to stay here and was treated horribly. After noticing BED BUG'S she was denied a different room and was only given a partial refund. She slept in the bath tub to keep from getting bit by the bed bugs. When i called to discuss this matter with them, Shaneka told me that if she washed her items the bed bugs will not spread. ??? Really. That's the best you can do. I will be contacting the health department. The BBB and everyone else I need to contact. It's seems they take this kind of thing too lightly.

Absolutely terrible. Rooms were filthy and there were BUGS. The place stunk too. Just gross. When we told the front desk gal we found bugs, she didn't seem surprised. She didn't ask any questions, just have us a full refund. We were grateful for that.

I stayed 3 nights here while attending a conferenc...

I stayed 3 nights here while attending a conference at the nearby convention center (5min walk). Very convenient location with lots of eateries nearby. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Marlene J. at the front desk as she's both a professional & true delight.

Pet friendly! No pool, no workout room....but ..the rooms we've had were like an efficiency and since this was for a business trip, it's what we needed. Be sure to ask for your supplies at the front desk. Every time we've stayed there the customer service was definitely above average.

I don t understand how anyone would rate this hote...

I don t understand how anyone would rate this hotel higher than two stars. Walked in and waited for receptionist who was in another room with some guy. A little awkward but then multiple guests were coming up and cutting us in line to ask for amenities that were not provided. My shoes stuck to the ground as I walked out of the lobby and into the elevator. The entire place smells like curry. Opened the door and the first thing you see is a refrigerator with rust spot stains all over the front of it. I knew I should have stuck to the higher end hotels being from out of town.

We paid $110 a night for the room and was promised...

We paid $110 a night for the room and was promised free breakfast and free shuttle wherever we wanted. The deadbolt on our room door was missing and there were ants all over on the "third floor" the floors are labeled wrong, the third floor is really the second floor because it is labeled L,1,2,3. And the free breakfast was just grab and go. So basin a Walmart bag full of muffins and granola bars. From looking at the door you could also tell that the deadbolt has been ripped out three times because there are screw holes matching the pattern of the deadbolt in three different places on the door. We also Got charged $4 a person for shuttling after we were told it was free, that could get expensive when you have 20 people with you.

Pros:

Pros:
+ friendly staff (front desk and cleaning lady)
+ very accommodating (early check in, was OK)
+ clean, walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants

Cons:
- "rock hard" bed
- loud AC unit (sounded like a busted car muffler!)
- room was "hot" even w/AC, perhaps our room thermostat was not working?

Lovely staff, clean rooms with everything you need. However, the bed was really hard (and I've been at other ESA hotels and don't remember it being so uncomfortable.)

Maybe the AC loudness and the room temperature for that particular room may have been "forgivable" - if only I would've had a nice restfully sleep. Bed not too uncomfortable. 2 out 3 stars.

When we got there our room had already been paid for, it took them 20 minutes of arguing that we had to pay for the room before finding our reservation. We got up to the room and didn't have a shower curtain! Took 2 days to get it. My boyfriend got stuck in the bathroom because the door wouldn't open after he closed it. The worst of it all was that the other side of the hotel was under construction and they started early! We did not have a good experience.

This hotel was positively the worst in our experience in years of travel. The advertised amenities were the reasons for booking this hotel. These amenities were, for the most part nonexistent resulting in late appointments. Can you believe NO HOT WATER??????

When you get to this hotel, ask for Erica! She is the definition of customer service! Love the mini coffee makers and mini packages of coffee. Anessa was super sweet, and so was the rest of the staff! Nice rooms

The customer service at this location is atrocious...

The customer service at this location is atrocious to say the least. From the minute that I called, to ask for an early checkin, I was given the worst attitude I have ever received from hotel staff. She (Mercedes hotel staff) didn t even allow me to finish asking the question on the phone about an early checkin before saying with a nasty attitude No, we dont and then just hung up the phone on me. We then arrived to the hotel at 2pm and checkin is at 3pm with my service dog in tow, and the same employee (her name was Mercedes), I said Hi, we are here to checkin, she said while rolling her eyes, Checkins aren t until 3pm , I then said we can pay extra, even an extra night if we have to, to checkin 1 hour early if possible? And she said No while rolling her eyes at me again. Her manager was standing next to her checking in another guest and began to humiliate me in front of other guests, by saying Ewww I hate dogs, I had one that bit me, and cant stand dogs, ugh. That was not needed, nor called for, and the other hotel guests were staring at me, as if, they were uncomfortable, because I had literally just stepped foot in this place and was treated so unkindly. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat their paying hotel guests. I travel every 2 weeks for work, and never have I once encountered such unprofessionalism. Shame on you Extended stay!

Had a early flight & wanted to get in early to a bed. Everyone was checking out and in at the same time(really hectic smh) but the young lady at the desk Neka(hope I m spelling it right) handled it very well. Sweet person and great asset to your company

Been here for a couple of weeks on for job, will be here for 1 more month and I love it here. Came from jacksonville with my other workers and shainas been the best always entertaining me with her laughs and smiles. Very clean hotel along with caring staff!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Shaneka and ALL of the suporting staff at this location are FANTASTIC!! All I can say about this location is GREAT THINGS. I an staying at this location for more than 3 months and considering that the country was in a national pandemic and under a state mandated stay at home order for a couple of months. The attention that all the staff showed every single guest was AMAZING. Each staff member at ths ocation must be reconzied for there excellent customer sercice, dedication and sacrifice during this national emergency. I would like to personally thank Shaneka, the General Managet and ALL the supporting staff members for the excellent service that I received during my stay, which exceeded my best expectations, considering the current state the nation is in. The staffs kindnesses and desire to make every guest experience spectacular is a direct result and return on the leadership of the General Manager. Shaneka, I want thank you and the staff for an excellent stay thus far.

We booked here one night. In the email we received, they mentioned we have to call from the airport and they gonna send us a shuttle .

We called the reception from the airport like 30 min for a shuttle but nobody answered. We took a cab and we paid 22 USD. When we got to the Reception , lady Neika Graham, told us with a large smile on her face..."oh, I did not answered? Really? Anyway, we don t have any shuttle now! But I 'll give a discount tomorrow when you check out. Hey...do you understand what I say? Repeat!!!!" A lot of attitude! Not appreciated.

Next morning, we asked the receptionist for our promised discount. "What discount?" "Neika promised us a discount because we paid a taxi." " She can't do that. She's not the manager! I have to talk with my manager." At the end, they gave us the discount. But we were almost in the situation to lose the shuttle....funny, right?

Not recommended.
