The customer service at this location is atrocious...
The customer service at this location is atrocious to say the least. From the minute that I called, to ask for an early checkin, I was given the worst attitude I have ever received from hotel staff. She (Mercedes hotel staff) didn t even allow me to finish asking the question on the phone about an early checkin before saying with a nasty attitude No, we dont and then just hung up the phone on me. We then arrived to the hotel at 2pm and checkin is at 3pm with my service dog in tow, and the same employee (her name was Mercedes), I said Hi, we are here to checkin, she said while rolling her eyes, Checkins aren t until 3pm , I then said we can pay extra, even an extra night if we have to, to checkin 1 hour early if possible? And she said No while rolling her eyes at me again. Her manager was standing next to her checking in another guest and began to humiliate me in front of other guests, by saying Ewww I hate dogs, I had one that bit me, and cant stand dogs, ugh. That was not needed, nor called for, and the other hotel guests were staring at me, as if, they were uncomfortable, because I had literally just stepped foot in this place and was treated so unkindly. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat their paying hotel guests. I travel every 2 weeks for work, and never have I once encountered such unprofessionalism. Shame on you Extended stay!
