I highly recommend this Agency. Kara is awesome! She was able to place me in the work enviroment that matched my resume along with the pay I desired. I worked my 90 days with the Temp agency and was offered permanent employment with the company as well.

This place is terrible in my opinion. People are rude and not very helpful. It seems that their working environment is extremely toxic. They are supposed to be staffing for reputable companies. The ONLY good person there was a very sweet and extremely helpful woman named Christina Chancey. She has helped me out a lot. I will be calling on her for future staffing

I'm just gonna say I have had a horrible experience with this location I have called the 1-800 assistance number to get a complaint sent out because at this location I have dealt with for 3 years they have not once gave me an assignment they have not even bother to keep me updated on potential jobs. Then I was told from another location to keep looking for jobs online on the Express website I spotted jobs all across the board that I qualify for that I want to career in so I decided to email one of the recruiters about it and got no reply. I have one recruiter that has decided to keep finding me jobs that they said was temp to hire when they are just temporary till all the positions get filled so now currently I'm on an assignment that I am feared to risk losing because I was lied to.
I was in full blown panic after I had my very first baby 5 weeks earlier than expected. Not only did Express find a perfect full-time office job just like I asked for, but they also took into consideration that I was not ready to start right away because of my newborn. I have never used an employment agency before this and I would have done much better off if I had. I could not be more pleased with my experience! I highly reccomend Express and their incredibly kind staff!

This is my second go with Express-my first experience was in Huntsville, Alabama and I am so glad they took a chance with me. The y went above and beyond to make sure my needs was met and that I go a full time job with benefits. I lost my job after 6 years of service, I moved out of town and decided hey why not try this company again and low and behold they are just as amazing as the Huntsville location. They are diligently working to get me a full time job with benefits. They are always available whether it s via phone, text or email. I love the closeness the staff provides to each one of their clients it s like so personal until you would think you were the only staff member they have because of the one on one time you always receive when talking with them. My first experience with a temp agency and it was horrible, never went back after speaking to the recruiter. She told me my resume was very good, but I needed to work on my appearance (perhaps wear my hair up, make up on and high heels and a dress compare to slacks, button up shirt. If I don t know how to wear heels why wear something that would embarrass me when I m not used to it) Horrible customer service over the phone also. They would answer put you on hold and forget that you re still on hold.

The service I received from the workers at their front dest was helpful and at first, the job opportunities seemed abundant. I have been in their system for almost 2months... interviewed with a passing drug screening.... I have not received a call or text for any jobs. I am not sure if I am not qualified for the positions that they are staffing for but I hate getting the run around. If my skill set and qualications don't align with the employers needs, I can live with that. But to give me this predetermined script with no useful assistance is beyond aggravating! My suggestion is to not waste your time and gas fare!

Still no job.Thank you for your response, and I have spoken with at least 2 different receptionists that always drop those same lines about updating availability... I stand firm in my opinion about the services rendered.
Express Employment has been a wonderful staffing company to work with so far. I filled out an application on Monday, got a call an hour later to set up an interview. I went in the next day & met with Vivian. She is awesome!!! She got me 2 interviews that same day! They are super helpful and very nice to everyone. This establishment is a literal joke..I ve had to beg and text over and over again and ask if they have jobs. When they finally give me something and ask can I work and I say yes. They never send any information or won t reply. I ve had enough of it. This is ridiculous
never used an an employment agency before, but I had been applying for at least 20 jobs a day never even got a call back. I was in this place for less than two hours and they personally pulled out their phones texted the owner of a business and got me an interview. I'm sure it doesn't always work like that but what it showed me is that if they know there is a job that might be a fit for you they will do their best to get you an opportunity to get it. Whether I get the job or not I'm glad I at least got the opportunity to meet with someone for an interview. Will be using again if this job opportunity doesn't go my way.

I wish I could give no stars, but I guess 1 star will be somewhat acceptable. At first I thought this would be a great place for me to jump into something while trying to find a job within my field, but I guess not. I was placed on an assignment for 2 months and unexpectedly they let me go, but I was told by my recruiter, that I would be placed at another job, but months went by and nothing happened. I attempted to do everything I was told, I ve sent emails to inform them I was available, I called the number to let them know I was available, I even went to the office to try to speak with my recruiter, but after waiting for 30 minutes, she never came out, therefore I left. Also, not to forget, my recruiter messed up my pay and wanted me to pay back the amount that she messed up. I have never left a horrible review before, but after such an experience, I definitely want to let someone know, please approach at your own risk. I would definitely not recommend this place for someone looking for help in finding a job. If you do, maybe your experience will be much better than mines!
