Express by Holiday Inn Causeway Bay Review

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was super clean, front end and cleaning staff were all very very friendly and helpful. Restaurants located within the hotel were great quality too, excellent service and excellent food. Best part, 2 minute walk to and from the MTR and just as close to Times Square, extremely close to all amenities and super easy to navigate to and from. Not sure why the hotel has such a low rating, it really is a hidden gem in Causeway Bay.

At a very good location but the amenities are not up to the mark.
Revising after 3 months - After visiting some other hotels, I can say the Holiday Inn was much better. Hong Kong doesn't have much space, so it should not be matter of room size. Also the quantity and quality of Breakfast was good.

The room decently sized and perfect for two people. The room was a bit bigger than I expected. We could walk around the room and not get in each other's way.

The bathroom was a good size and had a good number of toiletries.

My only gripe is that the shower had a shampoo and soap all in one dispenser. I would have liked to have had them separate, but it did it's purpose.

The room could have had a deep clean. It definitely looked like it hadn't had one in a long while.

Overall I was satisfied.

Solid hotel in Times Square. Very affordable in the middle of the action, train station very close by. Rooms are clean, you get breakfast with the stay.

Staffs were very friendly , located right in the heart of causeway next to time square. Rooms are clean and spacious. Will be back.

Neat clean lobby. A new sweetheart garden restaurant just opened at the lobby level.

Worth for you money, in a good location. Good rooms and quiet. Also have gym.

Terrible front desk services and not very clean bedrooms, found dirt on the sheet which general I would try to ignore it but during the viruses time this is concerning. Was there for staycation except location is great don t see any reason why I should go back.

Perfect location to access subway station and shopping malls. Friendly clerks, nice breakfast! Highly recommended for this price!

Clean, bright, big rooms. So far one of the best hotels I've been to(and affordable price ) Blankets and pillows smell great too ( newly washed). Toilet is also clean& towels I can tell its newly washed. Strong wifi and the ac doesn't smell like Sh*T.
Staffs are friendly, and location is good(few metres away from subway). Definitely will come here again.
