Online registrations through Explara helped very much.
Most of the attendees found it very easy to register online through Explara.
Writing a cheque or taking a draft and filling the application form and sending it via courier or going to the bank to do a bank deposit transfer was very cumbersome for many attendees.
Whereas online registration using Explara was so simple and easy.

Total irresponsibility and worst customer service

Very bad service they provide. Sometimes money is nor getting credited from them to their customers. It has been 43 days since a payment is made but it's not credited to our account yet. I sent a query on their chat option they provide. Usually they take 2-3 days for a single reply. We need to remind them by sending so many messages.
I am still waiting for a single reply from them from 2nd November. It is the 14th day I am waiting for the payment made on 31/10/2020.
Please do not get connected with them.

The best event management website with A-Z services built in. A beginner without any hassles, can easily create, edit and publish an event registration url for the event within minutes.

You can control what data your attendees can post to your url. You can design forms for the attendees. Moreover, you can also manage the payments for the tickets.

I cannot write down every feature here, but you should definitely try and see everything yourself.

How can I forget about the support team, which is superb in terms of response rate and the way they resolve your issues is simply amazing.

Ashok, who introduced himself as an account manager, wanted to have a face to face discussion. I was not very clear about event ticketing automation, and how it could help us in our NLP training registerations, so I decided to meet.
I met Ashok, and was surprised to see Santosh (Founder and CEO), also accompany him for a discussion over coffee. Santosh shared his vision about Explara and I shared my vision about NLPCA, and a short meeting of 30 minutes lasted 2.5 hours.
As I am reflecting now, Explara is the market leader in event automation, and NLP Coaching Academy (nlpcoach.in) in NLP and Coaching, and all our events on the site are powered by Explara. We collaborated with Explara at the right time, and they have played a big role in helping with event automation. We use their custom booking links as well.
Service quality ~ we get world class service from Explara. We received great offers from other competitors of Explara to leverage their services, but some relationships are beyond deals & gains and relationship with Explara team is one such relationship!!
