Outstanding services, received my package within 2 days of purchased. Recommended to be used.

Misleading and wasted my time.
If you call to check if they have an item on stock, tgey will say yes. And when you come in to buy theyd say they would have to order it for you. Then you will have to wait for a week. After a week they will say it is ready for pick up. Then when you go there, IT IS STILL UNAVAILABLE. Like, seriously really bad service. Not even an apology, they told me "come back tomorrow" like we have all the time in the world to wait.

Cheaper maybe, but not worth it.

I ve purchased from Expert Infotech a couple of times in the past, but I ll be shopping elsewhere in future. The stock numbers listed on the website are VERY misleading and the company need to work on their communication and honesty. Buyer beware - you might be better off spending a little more with another retailer.

SO SO grateful to these guys. After Outlook deleted my OneDrive account with all my son's photos, I thought I'd lost them forever. Was quoted $600 to restore the hard drive of my old Surface Pro that was no longer functioning by another company. I wasn't even sure I had these photos on there. These guys did it for $130 and I got my photos (and memories) back. Totally recommend them.

Small electronic shop. I normally buy things from their online store and pick it up from there. They also do have things in store to browse.
The service is always friendly and the pick up is very easy. They do have a few parking spacing in front of the shop.

Reasonable range of items, at reasonable prices.
Service could be improved.

Good service as always. Can work on addressing delivery delays better, though. Need to ensure orders are shipped on time as they advertise.
